राजा द्वारा राजा प्रीत की प्रशंसा मैथिली जी बोले राजतिलक के अवसर पर आई हुई प्रजा एवं अन्य जनमानस महाराज रिपोर्ट आज पद संभालने से अत्यंत प्रसन्न होकर उसकी विधिवत प्रकार से स्तुति करते हुए कहने लगे हे राजन आप साक्षात परमेश्वर के अवतार हैं इससे पहले कि राजा की सच्ची झूठी प्रसन्न कि वह उसकी प्रश नहीं बल्कि उसके अत्याचार का भय था किंतु आपके प्रश्न करने से हमें आध्यात्मिक सुख प्राप्त हो रही है फिर वह पवित्र हो रहा है स्तुति करने के पश्चात प्रांगण अपने घरों को चले गए तब वहां आए हुए ज्योतिषाचार्य ने राजा प्रीत की जन्मपत्री देखकर करने लगेंगे राजन आप अत्यंत प्रताप एवं बलशाली राजा होंगे और आपने बाहुबल से समस्त राजाओं को जीतकर सातों दिवस पर एक छत्र राज करेंगे आप अखंड राज्य होगा तथा पृथ्वी का दोहन करके उसे पाप मुक्त करेंगे और प्रजा को अपने पुत्र के समान प्रेम करेंगे आप भी राजा में ब्राम्हण एवं ऋषि जन निर्भय होकर जब तक एवं पूजा पाठ कर सकेंगे आप जनता से आठों पहर का कर लेंगे बाकी चार पहर का भोजन एवं यात्रा अपनी तरफ से प्रदान करेंगे और नील अपराध को कभी दंडित नहीं करेंगे आप के शासनकाल में बाप एवं अत्याचार करना नहीं रहेगा आपके राज्य में स्थित वर्षा होगी आपकी द्वारा शव यज्ञ संपन्न होंगे जिसमें 99 यज्ञ निवेशन पूर्ण हो जाएंगे किंतु समय यज्ञ के समय इंद्र आपने सिहासन के जाने के बाद से आपके साथ छल करेंगे जिससे कि आपका अश्वमेध यज्ञ पूर्णाहुति के किंतु इंद्र द्वारा चुराए गए आपके गुणों को आपका पराक्रमी पुत्र रुलाएगा उसके पश्चात भी अन्य कई प्रकार का रूप धारण कर इंद्रदेव आपको चलने का प्रयास करेंगे किंतु उन्हें असफलता ही मिलेगी ए राजा केंद्र ने उन सभी रूपों का वर्णन सुनकर कलयुग के मनुष्य दूसरे जीवो को उसी तरह बहाए में डालने का प्रयास ना करेंगे आपके सब यज्ञ पूर्ण होने पर त्रिलोकीनाथ श्री हरिनारायण आपको स्वयं दर्शन होंगे उनके दुर्लभ दर्शन से जन्म जन्मांतर के पाप कट जाते हैं इस तरह ब्राह्मणों ने जन्मपत्री देखकर राजा पीठ के फलादेश का वर्णन किया
