यमला अर्जुन उधार की कथा कुबेर के पुत्र नलकुबर एवं मणि ग्रुप के वृक्ष होने की बात सुनकर परिचित ने कहा है कि ज्ञानी मूर्ति सुखदेव जी नल उबर और मणि करीब को देवर्षि नारद ने श्राप क्यों दिया था सुखदेव जी बोले हे राजन् कुबेर के दोनों पुत्र रूद्र भगवान शिव जी के भक्त यक्ष थे और इंद्र के कोषाध्यक्ष भी एक बार यह दोनों अपने स्त्रियों सहित नग्न होकर मंदाकिनी गंगा में बिहार कर रहे थे उसी समय श्री नारायण के परम भक्त देवर्षि नारद पहुंचे ऋषि स्त्रियों ने देवर्षि को देखकर वस्तुओं से अपना अंग को ढक लिया किंतु नल को महारानी ग्रुप उन्हें देखकर भी पूर्वक नंगे शरीर जाल में कॉल करते रहे उन्हें ऐश्वर्य मद में चूर देखकर नारद जी बोले अरे दुष्ट तुम दोनों ऐश्वर्या के मंद में जड़त्व हो गए हो तुम्हें अहंकार हो गया है आता तुम दोनों जड़ वृक्ष हो जाओगे नाराज जी का श्राप सुनकर दोनों यक्ष अत्यंत भयभीत हो गए उनका सारा अहंकार नष्ट हो गया तत्पश्चात वे नाराज जी से अनुनय विनय करने लगे तब महाराज जी ने बोले यह तो मेरा श्राप में मिथ्या ना होगा तुम दोनों ने विनती की है इसलिए तुम्हें उद्धार का मार्ग बतलाता हूं ध्यान से सुनो मेरे श्राप से तुम ब्रिक्स हो जाओगे द्वापर युग में भगवान श्री हरि नारायण जी का अवतार होगा उसी समय उनका नाम श्री कृष्ण जी होगा जब हुए गोकुल में पहुंचकर नंद यशोदा को अपनी बाल लीला दिखाएंगे उसी समय तुम्हें मेरे श्राप से मुक्ति मिलेगी यह कह कर नाराज जी श्रीमन नारायण जी का भजन गाते हुए वहां से चले गए हे राजा परीक्षित उस काल में यमला अर्जुन नामक वृक्ष बंद कर कुबेर के दोनों पुत्र भगवान श्री कृष्ण के हाथों अपने उद्धार की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे जब भगवान श्री कृष्ण जी को खल में बांधकर यशोदा जी आपने काम से व्यतीत हो गई तब वह वह कल को लोड़ा गाते हुए उन वृक्षों के पास गए और वह कल को उसके मध्य पाठक दिया तत्पश्चात मंद मंद मुस्कुराते हुए ऐसा झटका मारा कि दोनों वृक्ष जड़ समेत उखाड़ कर पृथ्वी पर आ गिरी वृक्षों के गिरते ही अत्यंत तेज युक्त दो मनुष्य प्रकट हुए और हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना करते हुए कहने लगे यह सच्चिदानंद आप की महिमा अपरंपार है आपने हम पर दया कर कर हमारा उद्धार किया है स्वामी हम आपको बारंबार प्रणाम करते हैं तब कन्हैया जी बोले थे यक्षा नारद जी ने मेरे प्राण से तुम दोनों को शराब दिया था क्योंकि तुम दोनों ऐश्वर्या के मन में चूर हो चुके थे और भक्तों का अहंकार नष्ट करना मेरा परम कर्तव्य है यह कह कर भगवान में याक्षो को परमधाम भेज दिया
