श्रीमद् भागवत कथा पुराण दसवां स्कंध अध्याय 52 आरंभ

श्री कृष्णा के लिए उर्दू में कामायनी का संदेश तथा बलराम जी के विवाह की कथा

कालिया के भस्म होने की कथा सुनने के पश्चात महात्मा श्री सुखदेव जी बोले हे राजन् मुझे उस समय आगे श्री कृष्णा तथा बलराम जी के भागे जा रहे थे उसके पीछे का लिया था तथा कालयान के पीछे श्री कृष्ण को मारने के लिए अपनी विशाल सेना लेकर गजराज जरा संग जा रहा था उसने भागते हुए श्री कृष्णा तथा बलराम को ललकार ते हुए कहा यदि तोरण छोड़कर कहां भागे जा रहे हो आज तुम्हारा वध किए वापस ना जाऊंगा तुम दोनों ने मुझे बहुत अधिक तड़पाया है इस प्रकार के वचन का का उच्चारण भी कर रहा था उसकी वाणी सुनकर अत्यंत भगवान बलराम जी रुकने लगे तब श्री कृष्ण ने मुस्कुराकर कहां है दाऊ भैया यह रकने का समय नहीं है भागने में ही हमारी भलाई है लेकिन क्यों कन्हैया दाऊ जी बोले वह हमें ललकार रहा है और हम भाग रहे हैं इससे वह हमें कमजोर समझ लेगा तब श्री कृष्णा जी कहने लगे हैं दाऊ भैया की गधे को शांत करो उसकी भी मृत्यु का समय आएगा इसी घड़ी यदि मैंने उसे मार दिया तो काल भगवान का अपमान होगा और मैंने अपनी बनाई हुई सृष्टि में जाकर जो कार्य निर्धारित किया है उसके मान की रक्षा भी मैं ही करता हूं इस तरह श्री कृष्ण देवाराम जी को तर्क द्वारा समझाया तत्पश्चात भागते हुए दोनों भाई प्रसून नामक पर्वत पर चढ़ गए जरा संग अपनी 23 अक्षर नीयत सेना सहित पहुंच कर पूरे पर्वत को चारों तरफ से घेर लिया और श्रीकृष्ण को युद्ध के लिए ललकार ते हुए कहने लगा अरे नारा धाम स्त्रियों की तरह भागकर पर्वत की कंदर में आ चुका है बाहर निकल कर मुझे युद्ध कर यदि तू बाहर नहीं निकलेगा तो हम पर्वत में आग लगा देंगे हे राजन जब जरासा किस प्रकार के लड़का आने पर भी श्रीकृष्ण दिखाई ना दिए तब वह क्रोध में भरकर कहने लगा है सैनिक बीरूवा दोस्त यहीं पर आकर छिपा है मैंने स्वयं अपनी आंखों से देखा है फिर भी वह बाहर नहीं निकल रहा है ठीक कर अपने प्राणों को बचाना चाहता है किंतु मैं उसे किसी भी तरह जीवित ना छोडूंगा तुम पर्वत को जला दो जरा सन की आज्ञा पाकर उसके सैनिक में पर्वत पर झाग चारों तरफ लगा दिय आग लगा दो उस पर खड़े विशाल वृक्षों से लेकर झाड़ियों तक धू धू करके जलने लगी अंतर्यामी भगवान जरा संघ के मन की बात जान गए कि वहां क्या करना चाहता है अतः वह पर्वत से ऐसी मार्ग से निकल गए कि जरासंध और उसकी सैनिक उन्हें देख ना सके जब अग्नि अपना विकराल रूप धारण कर पर्वत को जलाने लगे वृक्षों पर बैठे पति गण उड़ गए अपनी प्राण बचाने लगे भूमि पर रहने वाले पशु भागकर अपने प्राण बचाने की चेष्टा करने लगे फिर भी वे दोनों भाई कहीं दिखाई ना दिए तब जरा सन में यह जान लिया कि वह दोनों जलकर भस्म हो गए तब उपरांत उसने अपने सैनिकों को लेकर मथुरा की ओर चल दिए और वहां पहुंचकर अपना अधिकार कर लिया हे राजन् मथुरा पूरी को त्यागने का निश्चय श्री कृष्णचंद्र कर चुके थे सो उन्होंने समुद्र से घिरी हुई अपनी द्वारिकापुरी चले गए जिसका निर्माण देव शिल्पी विश्वकर्मा जी ने स्वयं अपने हाथों से किया था वहां उन्हें हर प्रकार की सुख सुविधा युक्त भवनों का निर्माण किया जिसमें त्रिलोकीनाथ को वहां रहने में किसी प्रकार का कष्ट ना हो कुछ दिन पश्चात ब्रह्मा जी की आज्ञा प्राप्त कर देश के राजा रेवत अपनी कन्या रेवती को लेकर बलराम जी के पास आए और उससे विवाह कर लेने की बात करने लगी राजा रेवत के वचनों को सुनकर बलराम जी प्रसन्न हुए किंतु देवकन्या होने के कारण रेवती के भक्त पृथ्वी पर ना पढ़ रहे थे यह विचार कर रिवर्स जी का ने लगे हे प्रभु मेरी पुत्री आपको समर्पित है किंतु यह आप भी अपनी पूर्व काल की स्थिति में हो आप ऐसे कार्य करें जिसमें या सामान्य स्त्री वाली अवस्था को प्राप्त हो तब जंक्शन भगवान श्री बलराम जी ने अपने हल से रेवती के सिर को इस प्रकार दबाया कि उसका आकार सामान्य पृथ्वी वाली स्त्रियों के समान हो गया यह देखकर आजा रेवत अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए और उन्हें प्रणाम कर कर अपने देश को चलेंगे बारां जी के विवाह के उपरांत श्री कृष्ण चंद्र रूप मां देश के राजा भीष्मा की कन्या रुक्मणी का हरण कर लाए और सुख पूर्वक द्वारिकापुरी में रहने लगमहात्मा सुखदेव जी से श्रीमद् भागवत कथा सुनकर राजा परीक्षित विनय पूर्वक हाथ जोड़कर उनके चरणों में अपना शीश रखते हुए बोले हैं महात्मा आपने रुक्मणी हरण की बात कह कर मेरे मन में यह जिज्ञासा भर दी कि भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने रुक्मणी का हरण क्यों किया उसके मुंह इन चंद्र को देखकर स्त्रियां स्वयं मोहित हो जाती थी फिर उन्हें ऐसा क्यों किया कृपया करके पूरी कथा सुना कर मेरे मन का संदेह मिटाएं परीक्षित के वचनों को सुनकर श्री सुखदेव जी बोले हे राजन् भी धर्म देश का राजा भी शक के 5 पुत्र और एक कन्या थी उसके पुत्रों का नाम भूमि रुक मासारत रूप में आशा बहू लुकवासा लुकवासा मालती थे तथा उनका कन्या का नाम रुकमणी हुआ बाल्यावस्था से ही भागवत भक्तों के मुख में श्री कृष्ण चंद्र के रूप सौंदर्य एवं पराक्रमी की चर्चा सुनती थी जिससे उसका भी उधर श्री कृष्ण के प्रेम में पक गया वह सर्वगुण संपन्न अति सुंदर अति हे राजन जी समय रुक्मणी का जन्म हुआ राजा भीष्म अपने राज के ज्योतिषाचार्य को बुलाकर उसका जन्म फल पूछा उस समय ज्योतिषियों ने लग्न ग्रह नक्षत्र आदि के बारे में बात कर उसे कहने लगे हे राजा या कन्या बहुत भाग्यशाली है इसके ग्रह नक्षत्रों की चाल देख कर पता चलता है कि उसका विवाह साथिया श्री हरि नारायण के संग होगा ज्योतिषियों के मुख से इस प्रकार के वचन सुनकर अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए और उन्हें स्वर्ग आदि दान देकर विदा किया जब वह सही हुई तो 1 दिन राजा भैया जी महाराज जी पधारे राजा भीष्म ने उनका आदर सत्कार करते हुए अपनी पुत्री का हाथ देखने का अनुरोध किया तब नारद ने रुक्मणी का हाथ देखकर कहा हे राजा भीष्मा तुम अपनी पुत्री के विवाह के लिए अत्यंत चिंतित हो किंतु आपक चिंता करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं क्योंकि रुक्मणी का विवाह भगवान श्री कृष्ण चंद्र के साथ होगा जो द्वारिकाधीश कहलाते हैं नारद के वचनों को सुनकर भीष्मा की अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए उसके हृदय में भी यही भावना थी कि मेरी पुत्री का विवाह श्री कृष्णा चंद्र सेव हो किंतु उसका पुत्र रूप में अपने पिता के विचारों से सहमत ना था उसके सदैव यही इच्छा रहती थी कि मेरी बहन का विवाह छेदी राज शिशुपाल से हूं उधर नारद जी द्वारिकापुरी जाकर श्री कृष्णा जी से कहने लगे हैं प्रभु राजा भीष्मा की कन्या रुकमणी सर्वगुण संपन्न और सर्वत्र योग्य उसके स्वरूप गुण तथा सौंदर्य का बखान करना संभव नहीं है इस तरह नारद जी ने मुरली मनोहर के मन में रुक्मणी के प्रति प्रेम का बीज बोकर नारायण नारायण कहते हुए ब्रह्मण की ओर प्रस्थान कर गए राजा परीक्षित नारद के मुख से श्री कृष्णा सुंदरता और उसके यश का गुणगान सुनकर रुकमणी दिन रात उन्हीं का स्मरण करती रहती थी पूजा करते समय देवी देवताओं में यही याचना करती कि पति के रुप में श्री कृष्ण चंद्र जी मिले और मन ही मन प्रण किया कि यदि मेरे पिता श्री अथवा भाई मेरा विवाह किसी अन्य से करान चाहेंगे तो 20 खा कर मर जाऊंगी और उसका विवाह करने की चर्चा रुकमणी के माता-पिता करने लगे तब वह अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुई क्योंकि देवर्षि नारद के कथन के अनुसार रुक्मणी को यदुवंश शिरोमणि भगवान श्री कृष्ण चंद्र से पानी ग्रहण संस्कार विवाह करना चाहते थे किंतु उसी समय राजा भीष्मा के बड़े पुत्र रूक्मी ने कहा नहीं पिताश्री नहीं जो विचार आप कर रहे हैं वह उत्तम नहीं है मैं चाहता हूं कि मेरी बहन का विवाह छेदी राज शिशुपाल से हो बड़े पुत्र की बात सुनकर वे चुप हो गए तब मैंने एक ब्राह्मण को बुलाकर शुभ लग्न पूछ कर शिशुपाल के यहां विवाह का टीका भेजो आया जब रुक्मणी को यह बात मालूम हुई कि मेरे भाई मेरा विवाह श्री कृष्णा सेना करके यदि नरेश शिशुपाल से करना चाहते हैं तो अत्यंत व्याकुल होने लगी और मन ही मन श्री हरि नारायण के चरणों की वंदना करते हुए कहने लगी हे प्रभु मैं तन मन से श्री कृष्ण चंद्र को अपने पति मान चुकी हूं और धर्म के अनुसार किसी अन्य पुरुष के साथ परिणय सूत्र में बन गई तो मेरा धर्म भ्रष्ट हो जाएगा हे मेरे रक्षक स्वामी मेरी रक्षा करो मैं आपकी शरण में है और रुक्मणी के मन की व्यथा अंतर्यामी भगवान श्री कृष्णा जी जान गए किंतु रुकमणी के मंकी अधीरता समाप्त ना हुई क्योंकि वह ना जान सके कि मेरे मन की आवाज उन तक पहुंच चुकी है अथवा एक विश्वासपात्र ब्राह्मण को बुलाकर उसने अच्छी तरह समझा बुझाकर श्री कृष्ण जी के पास संदेश भेजो आदि हुआ ब्राह्मण रुकमणी के कहने से द्वारिका पुरी जाकर श्यामसुंदर इसे बिना पूर्वक कहने लगा हे द्वारिकाधीश जाति का प्रमाण मुझे राजा विषकन्या रुक्मणी ने आपके पास भेजा है जिसका ब्राह्मण के वचन को सुनकर भगवान के प्रेम भरे शब्दों में कहा हे ब्राह्मण देव सर्वप्रथम तो आप मेरे लिए पूजनीय हैं मैं आपको प्रणाम करता हूं अब आप बताएं कि आपके हाथ में रुक्मणी ने क्या संदेश भेजा है उस संदेश को सुनने के लिए मेरा मन व्याकुल हो रहा है कृपा करके आप अति शीघ्र बताएं तब ब्राह्मण ने रुक्मणी की चिट्ठी निकालकर उनके कर कमलों में देखते हुए कहा हे भगवान वह दिन-रात आपका यह ध्यान करती है जब से सईया ज्ञात हुआ कि उनके भाई उसका विवाह यदि राज शिशुपाल से करने के लिए टीका भेज दिया है तब से अति व्याकुल होकर रोने लगी है ब्राह्मण के वचनों को सुनने के पश्चात श्री कृष्ण जी ने रुकमणी की चिट्ठी खोलकर पढ़ने लगी उसमें लिखा था यह दिन दयाल आपके पास अगर हैं मुझे ब्लॉक पर दया कीजिए श्यामसुंदर में मन वचन और कर्म से आपकी हो चुकी है फिर मेरे साथ यहां यहां से बुखार क्यों हो रहा है आप पूर्व सील सौंदर्य स्वभाव तथा विद्या आदि से परिपूर्ण है हे भगवान आप की समानता करने वाले प्राणी संपूर्ण सृष्टि में नहीं आई यद्यपि माय आपके योग्य नहीं हूं किंतु मैं साधु महात्माओं के मुख से यह सुन चुकी हूं कि जो प्राणी आपके चरणों से प्रतीत करता है उसे आपका प्रेम प्राप्त होता है यह दया सिद्धू मेरे भाई ने मेरा विवाह शिशुपाल से कराने का निश्चय किया है जबकि मैं आपको अपना सर्वस्व मानती हूं यह स्वामी आप मेरे विवाह से 1 दिन पूर्व इस ब्राह्मण के साथ मेरे नगर को हाय मैं देवी पूजा के बहाने मंदिर जाऊंगा आप वहीं पर रहना उन्हीं से मेहरा हरण कर मुझे अपने साथ ले जाएंगे
