श्री पराशर जी बोले जगत पिता प्रभु श्री हरि विष्णु जी के ऐसे वचन सुनकर बालक ध्रुव ने आंखें खोली तो उसके सामने तो प्रभु उसके प्रभु श्री हरि विष्णु जी साक्षात खड़े थे अपने समूह श्री अजीत को रिपीट तथा संघ चक्र गदा धारी धनुष तथा खड़क धारण किए देख उसे पृथ्वी पर सिर रखकर प्रणाम किया और सहस रोमांचित तथा परम भयभीत होकर उसे प्रभु श्री हरि विष्णु जी की स्तुति करने की इच्छा की पर स्थिति किस प्रकार करें यह सोचकर बालक ध्रुव का मन व्याकुल होने लगा फिर उसने अंत में जगतपिता की ही शरण ली ध्रुव बोला हे प्रभु यदि आप मेरी तपस्या से संतुष्ट हैं और प्रसन्न होकर मुझे वर देना चाहते हैं तो प्रभु आप मुझे वर दीजिए प्रभु मैं आपकी स्थिति करना चाहता हूं परंतु मैं उसे करना नहीं जानता हे देवाधिदेव जिस की गति ब्रह्मा आदि वेद भी नहीं जान पाए उन्हें मैं कैसे पहचान कर सकता हूं मेरा मन आपके चरणों की स्तुति करना चाहता हूं अतः आप मुझे उसके लिए बुद्धि प्रदान कीजिए श्री पराशर जी बोले तब देवाधिदेव प्रभु श्री हरि विष्णु जी ने अपने सम्मुख हाथ जोड़कर खड़े हुए बालक ध्रुव आपने वेद माया संघ के आगे के भाग से दूध दिया जो तत्काल ही बालक ध्रुव प्रसन्न मुख से स्वर्ग होता अधिष्ठान श्री अशोक जी की बूटी करने लगा ध्रुवा बोला पृथ्वी जल अग्नि वायु प्रकाश मन बुद्धि अहंकार और मूल प्राकृतिक के समस्त जिनके रूप है मैं उन महानारायण को प्रणाम करता हूं जो अति शुद्ध शुद्ध स्वरूप व्यापक तथा प्रधान से विभाग भी बड़े हैं वह पुरुष का रूप है उन पूर्ण हो तत्व पर में पुरुष को मैं प्रणाम करता हूं यह समस्त जगत आप ही से उत्पन्न हुआ है तथा आप ही से भूत और भविष्य हुए हैं आप ही से हुई शाम और गायत्री अधीक्षण प्रगट में आप ही से यजुर्वेद का प्रवासन हुआ है और आप ही से ही अश्व तथा 1 दांत वाले मांसाहारी जीव उत्पन्न हुए आप ही से बकरियां पेड़ तथा जाएं और मृत्यु पति हुई है आप ही के मुख से ब्राह्मण बाहों से छतरी जांघों से वैश्या और चरणों से शुद्ध प्रकट हुए हैं आपके नेत्रों से सूर्य प्रांत से वायु मंत्र चंद्रमा श्री क्षेत्र से प्राण मुख से अग्नि नाभि से आकाश फिर से स्वर्ग सोच से दिशाएं और चरणों से पृथ्वी आधी उत्पन्न हुए इस प्रकार हे प्रभु के समस्त जगत आप ही के प्रगट हुआ है आकाश आदि स्वरूपों में सारा अर्थात उसके गुण रूप आती हैं समस्त रूपों को धारण करने वाले सब कुछ आप ही हैं सब कुछ आप ही से हुआ है अतः सबसे द्वार आपकी हो रहे हैं इसलिए आप सर्वता को प्रणाम है हे प्रभु आप सर्वत्र क्योंकि संपूर्ण भूतों में आप व्याप्त है आप सभी प्राणियों के मन की बात जानते हैं एक देवाधिदेव मेरी जो मनोकामना थी वह आपने सफल कर दी आपने साक्षात दर्शन देकर मेरी तपस्या सफल कर दी
