ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा यह नारद अब मैं दूसरे प्रकार के शिव जी के विवाह का विस्तार पूर्वक वर्णन करता हूं वह प्रकार यह है कि जब शिवजी की युवावस्था को प्राप्त हुआ तब महीना ने हिमाचल से यह कहा के पति आप एक लाख पर्वतों के राजा हूं आज तू आप जैसे श्रेष्ठ की कृति वाले उसे प्रकार गिरजा के लिए किसी उत्तम कुमार को धुंधिया है स्वामी हमारे पुत्र तो सब है परंतु कन्या केवल एक ही है वस्तु इसके श्रेष्ठ भविष्य के हेतु हमें अच्छी से अच्छी जगह इसका विवाह करना चाहिए हिमालय में उत्तर दिया है प्रिया तुम निश्चित रहो जो वर्ष रेस्ट होगा उसी के साथ हम गिरजा का विवाह करेंगे यह नारद इतना कह कर हिमाचल अपने राज्यसभा में आए और मंत्रियों से विचार विमर्श करने के उपरांत अपने पुरोहित से बोल ही उपरोहित जी आप गिरजा के लिए कोई योग्य वर्ग घूमने की कृपा करें हिमाचल की बात सुनकर उपरोहित सर्वप्रथम इंद्रलोक में गए वहां इंद्र की सुंदरता को देखकर उन्हें अत्यंत प्रसन्नता हुई और उसे गिरजा के विवाह की चर्चा छेड़ी उसे सुनकर इंद्र ने उत्तर दिया के उपरोहित गिरिजा ने तो शिव जी के लिए अवतार ग्रहण किया है तुम की हुए गिरजा से ही यह बात पूछे कि तुम्हारा पति कौन है तब गिरजा जिसे बताओ उसी के साथ हिमाचल उसका विवाह कर देगा विष्णु जी के मुख से या अप शब्द सुनकर वह पुरोहित है मां अल्लाह के पास लौट गए और उन्हें सब समाचार का सुनाया समाचार पाकर गिरजा अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए
