ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा हे नारद इंद्र की बात को कामदेव ने स्वीकार कर लिया टाङू प्रात व शिवजी पर विजय प्राप्त करने के हेतु इंद्र से विदा लेकर अपनी पत्नी के साथ चल दिए जिस समय वह चला उसे समय अनेक प्रकार के अपशगुन होने लगे होने के वशीभूत होकर उसने उन आप साबुनों पर कोई विचार नहीं किया उसने बसंत आदि अपनी संपूर्ण सेवा को एकत्र किया और अंत में अहंकार में हर कर शिवजी पर विजय प्राप्त करने के लिए हिमाचल पर्वत की ओर प्रस्थान किया मार्ग में वह इस बात पर निरंतर विचार करता चला जा रहा था कि मैं शिवजी के ऊपर किस प्रकार विजय पाऊंगा वस्तु जब वह शिवजी के समीप पहुंचा उसे समय उसने अपने माया द्वारा सब और बसंत रितु को फैला दिया वसंत ऋतु के फैलते ही उसे स्थान पर चारों ओर रंग-बिरंगे फूल खिल गए तथा लताओं में प्रगट होकर वर्षों में उलंगिनी करना आरंभ कर दिया अनेक प्रकार के पक्षी मीठे स्वरों में चाचा आने लगे जिन लोगों को अपने ज्ञान का बड़ा अभियान था वह भी कामदेव की माया में बड़े बिना ना रहे सब का तपस्या संयम नष्ट हो गया चराचर जगत में ऐसा कोई भी प्राणी नहीं बचा जिसे कामदेव के वाहनों ने घायल ना किया हो यह दिव्या अवस्था एक मुर्शिद भर ही रही परंतु इसके बीच सब लोगों का विवेक नष्ट हो गया संपूर्ण संसार को कामदेव के वशीभूत हुआ परंतु शिव जी और उसके गानों पर कामदेव का कोई प्रभाव ना जिस समय कामदेव शिव जी के पास पहुंचा उसे समय उसकी संपूर्ण बाल नष्ट हो गया कामदेव की शक्ति चिन्ना होने से ही संसार के सभी प्राणियों इस प्रकार पूर्व स्थिति में आ गए जिस प्रकार की नशा उतर जाने पर मनुष्य को होश में आ जाता है उसे समय कामदेव अपने मन में इस प्रकार विचार करने लगा मुझे यह बड़ा अपराध हुआ है जो मैं अपने अहंकार में भरकर शिवजी का चित्र दिखाने के लिए यहां चला आया अब शिव जी के गोद से मेरी मृत्यु आवासी ही होगी यह विचार कर कामदेव को समय तक तो चिंता में पढ़ रह आदमी में उसने निश्चय किया कि पर उपकार के लिए यदि मुझे प्राण भी त्याग देने पड़े तो वह शुभ ही है साथ ही यदि मेरी मृत्यु शिवजी के द्वारा हुई हो तो मैं भी शिव गानों में जीना जाऊंगा आज तुम मुझे मृत्यु का भाई त्याग कर देवताओं का कार्य सिद्ध करना चाहिए यह निश्चय का कामदेव ने पुन अपनी शक्ति को प्रदर्शित किया और संपूर्ण संसार को पहले के ही समान फिर अपने वश में कर लिया शिवजी ने यह दशा देखकर अपनी मां को डेढ़ता पूर्वक वश में कर लिया और हठयोगी साथ कर बैठ गया यह देखकर कामदेव आपने धनुष पर बाढ़ चलाया शिवजी की बाई ऊर्जा खड़ा हुआ उसे समय तपोभूम भूमि में शिव जी की अतिरिक्त ऐसा और कोई नहीं था जिसे उसन मोहित न कर लिया हो वह छिपकर समय की प्रतीक्षा करने लगा वस्तु जिस समय शिवाजी अपना ध्यान छोड़कर आसन पर बैठे और गिरजा पूजन की सामग्री लेकर उसके पास आई इस समय कामदेव ने उचित अवसर जानकर अपने बहन को कानों तक खींच कर शिवजी के हृदय पर छोड़ दिया उसके लगते ही शिवजी के मन मे प्रतीत का अंकुर उत्पन्न हो गया उसे समय शिव जी रामदेव की वशीभूत हो मुस्कुराते हुए गिरजा के सुंदर अंगों की प्रशंसा करने लगे और यह इच्छा प्रकट करने वालों की गिरजा का हाथ पकड़ कर अपने पास खींच लिया जाए उसे समय गिरजा नारी सुलभ प्लाजा के कारण संकुचित हो कुछ पीछे की ओर हट गई

Brahma Ji said O Narada, Kaamdev accepted Indra's words. He took leave from Indra and left with his wife to win over Lord Shiva. While he was on his way, many kinds of inauspicious signs started appearing. Under the influence of the omens, he did not pay any heed to those omens. He gathered all his resources like Basant etc. and finally left for the Himalayas to win over Lord Shiva after defeating his ego. On the way, he was constantly thinking about how he would be able to win over Lord Shiva. When he reached near Lord Shiva, he spread the spring season everywhere through his illusion. As soon as the spring season spread, colourful flowers bloomed all around at that place and started appearing in the creepers and making their way up the trees. Many kinds of birds started chirping in sweet voices. Those who were very keen on their knowledge also could not live without Kaamdev's illusion. Everyone's penance and restraint was destroyed. There was no creature left in the animate and inanimate world who could not live without Kaamdev. This divine state remained only for a Murshid but in the meanwhile the wisdom of all the people was destroyed. The entire world was under the control of Kamadev but Kamadev had no effect on Shiv Ji and his gods. When Kamadev reached Shiv Ji, all his hair was destroyed. Due to the release of Kamadev's power, all the creatures of the world came back to their previous state. Just as a man regains consciousness after his intoxication wears off, at that time Kamadev started thinking in his mind that I have committed a big crime that I came here filled with ego to show Shiv Ji's picture. Now my death will be in Shiv Ji's lap. Thinking this, Kamadev remained worried for some time and decided that even if I have to sacrifice my life for your favor, it is auspicious. Also, if my death is caused by Shiv Ji, then I will also go to live in Shiv Ji's gods. Today you should sacrifice me, brother of death, and accomplish the work of the gods. Deciding this, Kamadev again displayed his power and brought the entire world under his control like before. Seeing this condition, Shivji subdued his mother with great force and sat beside the Hatha yogi. Seeing this, Kaamdev shot the arrow from his bow. Shivji's left energy stood up. At that time, in the Tapobhoomi land, there was no one else except Shivji whom he had not captivated. He started waiting for the right time by hiding. When Shivji left his meditation and sat on the seat and Girja came to him with the worship material, at that time, knowing the right opportunity, Kaamdev pulled his sister by the ears and released her on Shivji's heart. As soon as she touched him, a seed of desire sprouted in Shivji's mind. At that time, Shivji, under the influence of Ramdev, started praising the beautiful body parts of Girja while smiling and expressed his desire to hold Girja's hand and pull her towards him. At that time, Girja became shy due to the easy access of women and moved a little backwards.
