ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा हे नारद विश्वनाथ तथा काशी का चरित्र भक्तों को मुक्ति देने वाला है उसे पवित्र कहां से पूरी में मनिका तीर्थ ऐसा है जो सब प्राणियों की मनोकामनाएं पूरा करता है जब नश्वर संसार में अनुस्वार खांसी का आगमन हुआ उसे समय सब लोगों को अत्यंत प्रसन्नता हुई हे नारद तड़ उपरांत सब मनुष्य कहां से विश्वनाथ का दर्शन करने के हेतु स्त्री पुरुष को साथ ले बड़ी धूमधाम से चले वह समाज जब काशी पुरी में इकट्ठा हुआ तो ऐसा आनंद दिखाई देने लगा जिनका वर्णन नहीं किया जा सकता वे लोग गाते बजाते हुए विश्वनाथ मंदिर के समीप पहुंचे और उनका दर्शन तथा पूजन करके जय जयकार करने लगे जब एक स्त्री ने लोगों के मुख से विश्वनाथ लिंग की महिमा सुनी तो उसने अपने ट्रिपन पति से यह कहा है पति आप भी भगवान विश्वनाथ के दर्शन करने के लिए मुझे ले चले क्योंकि संपूर्ण संसार उसके गानों का वर्णन कर रहा है

Brahma Ji said, O Narad, the character of Vishwanath and Kashi gives salvation to the devotees. It is sacred. Manika Tirtha in Puri is such that it fulfills the desires of all living beings. When Anuswar Khansi came to the mortal world, at that time all the people were very happy. O Narad, after that all the humans went with great pomp to have the darshan of Vishwanath, taking along men and women. When that society gathered in Kashi Puri, such joy was seen which cannot be described. Those people reached near the Vishwanath temple singing and playing and after having his darshan and worship, started hailing. When a woman heard the glory of Vishwanath Linga from the mouth of the people, she said to her husband, "Husband, you also take me to have the darshan of Lord Vishwanath because the whole world is describing its songs."
