ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा हे नारद सर्वप्रथम तुम अवतल लोक का वृतांत सुनो वहां पुण्य करने वाले मनुष्य पहुंचता है इस लोक का राजा माय दानव का पुत्र है उसने 96 मायाओं का निर्माण किया है भगवान सदाशिव की सेवा किए बिना अवतल लोक किसी को प्राप्त नहीं होता अटल लोग का ब्रिज विस्तार 10 सहस्त्र जोजन है मैदाने का पुत्र भगवान सदाशिव के ध्यान में हर समय मगन रहता है तथा बिना परिश्रम किया लोग में ब्राह्मण करता रहता है यहां स्त्रियां तीन लोग को अपने काम पास में आबंध कर लेने वाले हैं जो मनुष्य पूर्व जन्म में शुभ कर्म करता है वहीं दूसरे जन्म में अटल लोक में जाकर इन स्त्रियों के साथ बिहार करता है हे नारद अवतल लोक की स्त्रियां है कर अर्थात स्वर्ण के रस को पीकर बिहार करती है इन स्त्रियों का दर्शन तथा स्पर्श मात्र से ही मनुष्य इनकी प्रतीत में डूब जाता है इस लोक में जैसा आनंद देवताओं की को भी प्राप्त नहीं होता जो लोग है का रस पीने वाले इन स्त्रियों के साथ संभोग करते हैं उन्हें 10 शास्त्र हाथियों का बल प्राप्त हो जाता है इस है का रस को प्राप्त करने के लिए दानव के पुत्र ने हार्ट कैसे शिवजी का बड़ा पूजन किया था मैदाने हाटकेश शिवजी कि इस प्रकार स्तुति किया करता है हे भगवान सदाशिव आप नाथों के नाथ तीनों लोकों का दुख दूर करने वाला तथा सबको आनंद प्रदान करने वाले हैं आपकी सेवा द्वारा आसन के लोगों ने मुक्ति प्राप्त की है आप सब का मनोरथ पूर्ण करने वाले हैं आज तुम मेरे ऊपर भी निरंतर अपनी कृपा बनाए रखें इस प्रकार स्तुति करता हुआ मैदाने का पुत्र शिवजी की कृपा से उसे अटल लोक का राज तथा प्रेम आनंद प्राप्त करता है हे नारद अब तुम भीतर लोग का वृतांत सुनो यह लोग अटल लोग से नीचे आए ऊंचाई में 10 सहस्त्र जोजन तथा एंड के समान गोल है यह लोग तालाबों ना दिया तथा नहरे से सुशोभित है जिम कमल के फूल खिले रहते हैं इस लोग का राजा बलि है वह सब प्रकार से भगवान सदाशिव का पूजन किया करता है इस लोक में शिवजी हार्ट कैसे लिंक रूप से अपने गुना सहित विराजमान रहते हैं तथा तीनों लोक का पालन करते हुए शिवरानी के साथ बिहार किया करते हैं उसके मस्तक से निकलने वाली जराधार अटका राज के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है उसे पी का रागनी अत्यंत बलवान रहता है वायु के संगम द्वारा उसे आदमी के मुख से जो खूब बाहर गिरता है उसे हटकर अर्थात कंचन कहते हैं उसे हटा क्या भूषण बनाकर वहां के निवासी सभी दैत्य पहनते हैं वहां की स्त्रियां भी उन्हें आभूषणों को धारण कर अपने पतियों की सेवा में संलग्न रहती है हे नारद राजा बलि शिवजी कि जिस प्रकार स्तुति करते हैं वह संक्षेप में इस तरह है ही देवताओं के स्वामी आप शरण गेटों का पालन करने वाले संपूर्ण संसार के दुखों को नष्ट करने वाले हैं ब्रह्मा विष्णु तथा रूद्र आपकी ही स्वरुप है नारद सारा तथा शेष भी आपके गुना का संयम वर्णन नहीं कर पाते इस प्रकार वहां के निवासी भगवान सदाशिव की स्तुति एवं पूजा करते हुए सदैव प्रसन्न रहते हैं हे नारद अब तुम सुतल लोक का वृतांत सुनो उसका विस्तार 10 सहस्त्र जोजन चौकोर है वहां राजा विरोचन का पुत्र बाली राज करता है उसे विष्णु जी को दान देकर अत्यंत प्रसन्न किया था उसके हृदय में भगवान सदाशिव का प्रेम सदैव विद्यमान रहता है शिव भक्त होने के कारण उसे विष्णु जी भी नहीं मार सके उसे विष्णु जी को ब्रह्म स्वरूप में देखकर सब प्रकार का विरोध भूल भुला दिया था तथा अपना अनिष्ट देखते हुए भी धर्म को नहीं छोड़ा था उसे राजा बलि द्वारा ही वनसुर का जन्म हुआ था वादा और ने एक पर्वत को अपने बल द्वारा मसर मिट्टी कर डाला था बाली के नगर की रक्षा विष्णु जी स्वयं किया करते हैं इतनी कथा सुनकर नारद जी ने कहा है पिता राजा बलि ने किस पुण्य के प्रभाव से ऐसा उच्च पद तथा श्रेष्ठ पुत्र प्राप्त किया था ब्रह्मा जी बोले हे नारद शिव भक्त होने के कारण ही विष्णु जी उसे पराजित नहीं कर सके मैं तुम्हें उसके पूर्व जन्म का तथा दूसरे जन्म का वृत्त सुनाता हूं

The son of Maya remains engrossed in the meditation of Lord Sadashiv all the time and keeps on doing Brahmin work without working hard. Here the women are the ones who bind three people near their work. The man who does good deeds in his previous birth, goes to Atal Lok in the next birth and lives with these women. O Narada, the women of Avatal Lok live by drinking the juice of gold. By just seeing and touching these women, man gets immersed in their love. The pleasure that even the gods do not get in this Lok is like this. The people who drink the juice of gold and have sex with these women, they get the strength of 10 elephants. To get the juice of this gold, the son of the demon beat the heart of Lord Shiva. Maidan used to do a great pooja and used to praise Hatkesh Shiva in this way. O Lord Sadashiv, you are the lord of lords, you remove the sorrows of all the three worlds and give happiness to all. By serving you, the people of Asan have attained salvation. You fulfill the wishes of all. Today, please keep your blessings on me also. Praising in this way, the son of Maidan gets the rule of Atal Lok and love and happiness by the grace of Shiva. O Narada, now listen to the story of the inner people. These people have come down from Atal Lok. They are 10 thousand jojans in height and round like a ball. These people are decorated with ponds and canals where lotus flowers keep blooming. The king of this people is Bali. He worships Lord Sadashiv in all ways. In this world, Shiva resides with his Gunas in a heart-link form and roams with Shivrani while taking care of all the three worlds. The Jaradhar that comes out of his head is famous as Ataka Raj. Its ragini is very strong. It is situated at the confluence of air. The substance that falls out of a man's mouth is called 'Hatkar', that is, Kanchan. All the demons living there wear it as ornaments. The women of that place also wear them as ornaments and remain engaged in serving their husbands. O Narada, the way King Bali praises Lord Shiva is briefly like this: The Lord of the Gods, you are the one who follows the gates of refuge and destroys the sorrows of the entire world. Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra are your form. Narada, Sara and Shesh are also unable to describe the restraint of your virtues. Thus, the residents of that place remain happy always by praising and worshipping Lord Sadashiv. O Narada, now listen to the story of Sutal Lok. Its area is 10 thousand jojans square. Bali, the son of King Virochana, rules there. He was made very happy by donating to Lord Vishnu. The love of Lord Sadashiv always exists in his heart. Being a devotee of Lord Shiva, even Lord Vishnu could not kill him. Seeing Lord Vishnu in the form of Brahma, he forgot all kinds of opposition and seeing his own misfortune, he forgot all his opposition. He also did not abandon his religion. Vanasur was born from King Bali and he had reduced a mountain to dust with his might. Lord Vishnu himself protects Bali's city. After listening to this tale, Narad ji asked, due to which virtue did father King Bali get such a high position and a great son? Brahma ji said, O Narada, because of being a devotee of Shiva, Lord Vishnu could not defeat him. I will tell you the story of his previous birth and his second birth.
