श्री साई चरित्र अध्याय 7

अद्भुत अवतार साइन बाबा की प्राकृतिक उसकी योगिक क्रियाएं उनके स्वरूप व्यापकता कुष्ठ रोग द्वारा सेवा खंडोबा के पुत्र प्लेट पंढरपुर गण अद्भुत अवतार श्री साईं बाबा समस्त योग क्रियो में पारंगत थे छह बार प्रकार की क्रियाएं के होते तो वह पूर्ण ज्ञाता थे छह क्रियो जिसमें भौतिक एक तीन चौड़ाई वह 22 बात तो लंबे कपड़े के भीगे हुए टुकड़ों के पेट को स्वच्छ करना खंड योग अर्थात अपने शरीर के परियों को पृथक पृथक कर पुणे पूर्वार्थ जोड़ना और समाधि आदि भी सम्मिलित है यही कहा जाए कि वह हिंदू थे और आकृति में हुए जाने की प्रतीत होते थे कि कोई वह निश्चय पूर्वक नहीं कर सकता था कि वह हिंदू थे या यानी हुए हिंदू का रामनवमी उत्सव यथा विधि मानते थे और साथ ही मुसलमान का चांद उत्सव भी हुए उत्साह से दलाल दंगा लोग को प्रोत्साहन तथा विजेताओं को पर्याप्त पुरस्कार देते गोकुल अष्टमी कौवे गोपाल कला उत्सव भी बड़ी धूमधाम से मानते थे ईद की दिन भी हुए मुसलमान को मस्जिद में नमाज पढ़ने के लिए आमंत्रित किया करते थे एक समय मोहर्रम के अवसर पर मुसलमान ने मस्जिद में ताजिया बनाई तथा कुछ दिन तुम्हारा कर फिर जुलूस बनाकर गांव से निकलने का कार्यक्रम रखा श्री साइन बाबा ने केवल चार दिन ताजिया को यहां रखने दिय और बिना किसी राग द्वेष के पांचवें दिन वहां से हटवा दिय यदि काहे की हुई यानी उनके कान हिंदुओं की रीति के अनुसार छिपे हुए थे और यदि कहें कि वह हिंदू थे तो सुनता करने के पक्ष में थे नाना साहब चांदोलकर जिन्होंने उनको बहुत समीप से देखा था उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी श्रुति नहीं हुई थी साइन लीला पत्रिका के भी ही देव द्वारा लिखित शीर्षक बाबा मानती आने की हिंदू पृष्ठ 500 562 देखो यदि कोई उन्हें हिंदू घोषित करें तो वह सदा मस्जिद में निवास करते थे और यदि यानी कहे तो हुए सदा वहां धोनी प्रज्वलित रखते थे तथा अन्य कम जो कि इस्लाम धर्म के विरुद्ध है जैसे चक्की पीसना संघ तथा घटा आनंद हो मादिक कम करना अंधा अन्य दान और अव्वैध दान द्वारा पूजा नदी सदैव वाहन चलाते रहते थे यदि कोई कहे कि वह यानी तो कुलानी ब्राह्मण या अग्निहोत्री भी अपने नियमों का उल्लंघन कर सदा उसको साष्टांग नमस्कार किया करते थे जो कि उनके स्वदेश का पता लगाने गए उन्हें अपना प्रश्न ही विस्मित हो गया और वह उसके दर्शन मात्र से मोहित हो गए आज तो इसका निर्णय कोई ना कर सका कि यथार्थ में साइन बाबा हिंदू थे या या नहीं उसके आचार्य की क्या है जो अहंकार इंद्रजन सुखों को निलांजलि देकर ईश्वर की शरण में आ जाते हैं तथा जब उसे ईश्वर के साथ अभित प्राप्त हो जाती है तब उसकी कोई जाति पाति नहीं रह जाती चोट में श्री साइन बाबा ने हुए जातियों और प्राणियों में की जीत मात्रा भी भेद नहीं रखते थे फकीरों के साथ हुए असीम और मछली का सेवन भी कर लेते थे कुत्ते भी उसके भोजन मंत्र में मुंह डालकर स्वतंत्रता पूर्वक कहते थे परंतु उन्होंने कभी कोई आपत्ति नहीं किया ऐसे अपूर्व और अद्भुत श्री साइन बाबा का अवतार था गत जन्मों के सुख संस्कारों के परिणाम स्वरुप मुझे भी उनके श्री चरणों के समय बैठने और उसके शासन का लाभ उठाने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ जिस जिस दिन आनंद वास्तु का अनुभव हुआ उसका वर्णन मैं किस प्रकार कर सकता हूं अर्थात में बाबा अखंड सच्चिदानंद थे उसकी महानता और आदित्य का बखान कौन कर सकता है जिसने उसके श्री चरण कमल की शरण ली उसे साक्षात की प्राप्ति हुई उसके अनेक सन्यासी सड़क और अन्य मूल्यम भी श्री साइन बाबा के पास आया करते थे बाबा भी सदैव उसके साथ चलते फिरते उठते बैठत उसने वार्तालाप कर उनका चितरंजन किया करते थे आल्हा मलिक सदैव उसके होठों पर था वह कभी भी विवाद और मतभेद में नहीं पढ़ते थे तथा सदा शांत स्वास्थ्य रहते थे परंतु कभी क्रोधित हो जाया करते थे वह सदैव ही देवनाथ की शिक्षा दिया करते थे कोई भी अंत तक ना जान सका की साइन बाबा वास्तव में कौन है अमीर या गरीब दोनों उनके लिए एक समान थे हुए लोगों के गुहा व्यापार को पूर्णता जानते थे और जब वह रहस्य प्रकट करते तो सब विस्मित हो जाते थे स्वयं ज्ञान अवतार होकर भी हुए सदैव अज्ञानता का प्रदर्शन किया करते थे उन्हें आदर सत्कर से सहदेव आरुषि थी इस प्रकार का श्री साइन बाबा का वैष्णव था तो वह सिरधारी परंतु कर्मों से उनकी ईश्वर्यता स्पष्ट झलकती थी शिर्डी के शक्ल नर नारी उन्हें परम ब्रह्म ही मानते थे बाबा की प्राकृतिक मैं मूर्ख जो हूं की साइन बाबा की अद्भुत लीलाओं का वर्णन नहीं कर सकता शिर्डी के प्रयास समस्त मंदिरों का उन्होंने जिन द्वार किया श्री तात्या पाटील के द्वारा शनि गणपति शंकर पार्वती ग्राम देवता और हनुमान जी आदि के मंदिर ठीक कराए उनका दान भी विलक्षण था दक्षिण के स्वरूप में जो दान एकत्रित होता था उसमें से हुए किसी को ₹20 किसी को ₹15 या किसी को 50 रुपए इस प्रकार प्रतिदिन सुरक्षा स्वछता पूर्वक वितरित करते थे प्राप्ति करता उसे शुद्ध दान समझता था बाबा की भी सदैव यही इच्छा थी कि उसका उपयोग रीति में भिहाय किया जाए बाबा के दर्शन से भक्तों को अनेक प्रकार का लाभ प्राप्त था अनेक निष्कपट्ट और स्वस्थ बने गए दुष्ट आत्मा पूर्ण आत्मा में परिपन हो गए अनेकों पोस्ट रोग से मुक्त हो गए और अनेकों की मनोवांछित फल की प्राप्ति हो गई रंगून की भूमिका नष्ट हो गई उसकी कृति दूर-दूर तक फैलती गई और भिन्न-भिन्न स्थानों से यात्रियों के मूड के झुंड शिरडी आने लगे बाबा सदा धोनी के पास ही आसन जमाए रहते और वहीं विश्राम किया करते थे वह कभी स्नान करते और कभी स्नान किए बिन ही समाधि में लीन रहते थे वह सिर पर एक सफा कमर में एक धोती और तन धागने के लिए एक अंगार धारण करते थे प्रारंभ से ही उसकी वेशभूषा इसी प्रकार थी अपने जीवन काल के पूर्वार्थ में हुए गांव में चिकित्सी कार्य भी किया करते थे रोगियों को निदान कर उन्हें औषधि भी देते थे और उनके हाथ में परिसीमित प्रयास था इस कारण से हुए अल्पकाल में ही योग चिकित्सा विख्यात हो गए वहां केवल एक ही घटना का उल्लंघन किया जाता है जो बड़ी विचित्र सी है विलक्षण नेत्र चिकित्सा एक भाग तक की आंखें बहुत लाल हो गई थी उसमें सूजन भी आ गई थी शिरडी शिर्के छोटे गांव में डॉक्टर कहा तब भक्तगण ने रोगी को बाबा के समक्ष उपस्थित किया इस प्रकार की पीड़ा में डॉक्टर प्राय लिप मरहम अनजान आपका दूध तथा कपूर युक्त औषधि को प्रयोग में लाते हैं पर बाबा की औषधि में सर्वथा ही भिन्न थी उन्होंने भीलवा पीसकर उसके दोनों गोलियां बनाई और रोगी के नेत्रों में एक गोली चिपक कर कपड़े में लपेटकर आज बंद कर दी दूसरे दिन पट्टी हटाकर नेत्रों के ऊपर जल से चित छोड़े गए सूजन कम हो गई और नेत्र प्रयाग निरोग हो गया नेत्र व के शरीर का एक अति सुकुमार अंग है परंतु बाबा की औषधि से कोई हानि नहीं पहुंची वर्णन नेत्रों की व्याधि दूर हो गई इस प्रकार अनेक रोग निरोग हो गए यह घटना तो केवल उदाहरण स्वरूप थी यहां दी गई है बाबा की योग क्रिया बाबा को समस्त रोगी प्रयोग और क्रिया ज्ञात थी जिसमें से केवल दो का ही उलझन उल्लेख यहां किया जाता है भौतिक क्रिया आते स्वच्छ करने की प्रक्रिया प्रति तीसरे दिन बाबा मस्जिद से प्रातः दूर पर एक वोट वृक्ष के नीचे किया करते थे एक अवसर पर लोगों ने देखा कि उन्हें अपने हाथों को उधर से बाहर निकाल कर उन्हें चारों ओर से स्वच्छ किया और समीप के वृक्ष पर सूखने के लिए रख दिया शिर्डी में इस घटना की पुष्टि करने वाले लोग अभी भी जीवित हैं उन्होंने इस सत्य की परीक्षा भी की थी साधारण धोती क्रिया एक तीन चौड़ी वह भारत जीरो फुट लंबे गले हैं कपड़े के टुकड़े से की जाती है इस कपड़े को मुंह के द्वारा उधार में उतार लिया जाता है तथा उसे लगभग आधे घंटे तक रखे रहते हैं ताकि उसका पूरा पूरा प्रभाव हो जाए तब बरसात से बाहर निकाल लेते हैं और बाबा की तो यह धोती क्रिया सर्वथा विचित्र और असाधारण ही थी खंड योग एक समय बाबा ने अपने शरीर के आप भी आए पृथक पृथक कर मस्जिद के भिन्न-भिन्न एन स्थान में बिखेर दिए आकस्मिक उसी दिन एक महाशय मंदिर में पधारे और अंगों को इस प्रकार यहां वहां बिखर देखकर बहुत ही भयभीत हुए पहले उनकी इच्छा हुई कि लौट कर ग्राम अधिकारी के पास यह सूचना भिजवा देना चाहिए कि किसी ने बाबा का खून कर दिया उनके टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर दिए हैं परंतु सूचना देने वाला ही पहले पकड़ा जात जाता है यह सोचकर हुए मौन रहे दूसरे दिन जब वह मस्जिद में गए तो बाबा को पूर्वार्ध हस्त पोस्ट और शरीर देखकर उन्हें बड़ा विभाग हुआ उन्हें ऐसा लगा कि पिछले दिन जो दृश्य देखा था वह कहीं शॉप में तो नहीं था बाबा वाले कल से ही योग क्रियाएं किया करते थे और उन्हें जो अस्वस्थ प्राप्त हो चुका था उसे सत्य ज्ञान किसी को भी नहीं था चिकित्सा के नाम से उन्हें कभी किसी ने एक पैसा भी स्वीकार नहीं किया आपने उत्तम लोकप्रिय गुना के कारण उसकी कीर्ति दूर-दूर तक फैल गया उन्हें अनेक निधानों एवं रोगियों को स्वास्थ्य प्रदान किया इस प्रसिद्ध डॉक्टर के डॉक्टर मसीह के मसीहा ने भी कभी अपने स्वार्थ की चिंता ना कर अनेक वीडियो का सम्मान किया तथा स्वयं आसानी आवेदन और अष्ट सहनक कर सदैव दूसरों की भलाई की और उन्हें भी पतियों में सहायता पहुंचे हुए सदा पर कल्याण नाथ चिंतन रहते थे ऐसी ही एक घटना नीचे लिखे जाते हैं जो उनकी सर्वव्यता तथा महान दयालुता का घोतक है बाबा की सर्वव्यापिका और दयालुता सन 1910 में बाबा दीपावली के शुभ अवसर पर धोनी के समीप बैठे हुए आदमी तप कर रहे थे तथा साथ ही धोने में लकड़ी डालते जा रहे थे धोनी प्रचंड से प्रज्वलित थी उसे समय पश्चात उन्होंने लड़कियां डालने के बदले अपने हाथ ध्वनि में डाल दिया हाथ बुरी तरह से भूल गई नौकर माधव तथा माधव राव देशपांडे ने बाबा को धोनी में हाथ डालते देखकर तुरंत दौड़ करोगे बलपूर्वक पीछे खींचने लग माधवराव ने बाबा से कहा देव आपने ऐसा क्यों किया बाबा सावधान होकर कहने लगे यहां से कुछ दूरी पर एक लोहारी जब भारती रोक रही थी उसे समय उसके पति ने उसे बुलाया कमर में बंधे हुए शिशु ज्ञान छोड़कर वहां शीघ्र से वाहन दौड़ गई आप भाग्य वर्ष शिशु फिसल कर भक्ति में गिर पड़ा मैंने तुरंत भट्टी में हाथ डालकर शिशु के प्राण बचा लिए मुझे अपना हाथ जल जाने का कोई दुख नहीं है परंतु मुझे संतोष है कि एक मासूम शिशु के प्राण बच जाए कोस्टा रोजी द्वारा सेवा माधवराव देशपांडे के द्वारा बाबा का हाथ जल जाने का समाचार पाकर श्री नानासाहेब अंबेडकर मुंबई के सुप्रसिद्ध डॉक्टर श्री परमानंद के साथ दवाई ले मरहम तथा पार्टी आदि साथ लेकर शीघ्रता से शिरडी आए उन्होंने बाबा से डॉक्टर परमानंद को हाथ की जांच करने और जले हुए स्थान में दवा डालने की अनुमति मांगी यह प्रार्थना आशीर्वाद हो गई आज जल जाने के पश्चात एक कुष्ठ रोग पीड़ित भक्त मोजो की सीधे उसके हाथ पर सदैव पट्टी बनते थे उनका कार्य था प्रतिदिन जले हुए स्थान पर शीघ्र मलहम और उसके ऊपर एक पत्ता रखकर पत्तियों से उन्हें पूरा पर्वत आकाश कर बांध देना घाव शीघ्र भरा जाए इसके लिए नानासाहेब अंबेडकर ने पार्टी छोड़ें तथा डॉक्टर परमानेंट जहाज व चिकित्सा करने का बाबा से बारंबार अवरोध किया यहां तक की डॉक्टर परमानंद ने भी मैंने एक बार प्रार्थना परंतु बाबा ने यह कहते हुए डाल दिया कि केवल अल ही मेरा डॉक्टर है उन्होंने हाथ का परीक्षण करवाना आशीर्वाद कर दिया डॉक्टर परमानंद की दवाई श्री में वायुमंडल में ना भूल सखी और ना उनका उपयोग ही हो सका फिर भी डॉक्टर साहब का परम भक्त आजा था जो बाबा के श्रीदर्शन का लाभ हुआ भागवत जी ने दवा लगाने की अनुमति मिल गई उसे दिन के उपरांत जब घाव भर गया तब सब भक्त सुखी हो गए परंतु यह किसी को भी ज्ञात न हो सका की कुछ पीड़ा शेष रही थी या नहीं प्रतिदिन प्रात काल प्रीत के साथ ही मालिश से पुणे आकाश कर पट्टी बांध श्री साइन बाबा की समाधि पर्यटन या ग्राम इसी प्रकार चला रहा साइन बाबा सदरी से प्रसिद्ध हो यथार्थ में चिकित्सा को भी कोई आवश्यकता नहीं थी परंतु भक्तों के प्रेम वैस उन्होंने भोगी जी का यह सेवा अर्थात उपासना निरंतर स्वीकार किया जब बाबा डिलीवरी को जाते हुए मोदी जी छाता लेकर उसके साथ ही जाते प्रतिदिन प्रात काल या बाबा धोनी के पास आसन पर विरासत तब होगी जी वहां पहले से ही उपस्थित रहकर अपना कार्य प्रारंभ कर देते योगी जी ने पिछले जन्म में अनेक पाप कर्म किए थे इस कारण वह कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित थे उनकी उंगलियां जल चुकी थी और शरीर पीठ आदि से भरा हुआ था जिससे डूबा दुर्गम भी आती थी यदि भाई दृष्टि से हुए दुर्भाग्य प्रतीत होते थे परंतु बाबा का प्रधान सेवक होने के नाते यथार्थ में ही अधिक भाग्यशाली तथा सुखी थे उन्हें बाबा के सचित्र का पूर्ण लाभ प्राप्त हुआ बालक कपड़े के फ्लैग ऑफ़ माय बाबा की एक दूसरी अद्भुत लीला का वर्णन करूंगा श्रीमती कपड़े अमरावती केसरी दादा साहेब कपड़े की धर्मपत्नी अपने छोटा पुत्र के साथ कई दिनों से शिरडी में थी पुत्र तीव्र बाजार से पीड़ित था पश्चात उसे प्ले की गिरती घाट भी निकल आई श्रीमती कपड़े भयभीत हो बहुत घबराने लगी और अमरावती लौट जाने का विचार करने लगी संध्या समय जब बाबा वायु सेवन के लिए मुहावरे जब जो समाधि मंदिर कहा जाता है उसके पास जा रहे थे तब उन्होंने उनसे लौटने की अनुमति मांगी तथा की तीर्थ स्वर में कहानी लगी कि मेरा प्रिय पुत्र फ्लैग से ग्रस्त हो गया है पता आप मैं घर लौटना चाहती हूं प्रेम पूर्वक का समाधान करते हुए बाबा ने कहा आक्रमण में बहुत बदलाव छाए हुए हैं उनके पढ़ते ही आकाश पूर्वज स्वच्छ हो जाएगा पैसा कहते हुए उन्होंने कमर तक अपनी कंपनी ऊपर उठे और वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों को करो के बारंबार-कर वीडियो दिखाकर देखो मुझे अपने भक्तों के लिए कितना कष्ट उठाना पड़ा है उसके कास्ट मेरे हैं यह विचित्र और आसाराम धारण लीला देखकर लोगों को विश्वास हो गया कि संतों को अपने भक्तों के लिए किस प्रकार कष्ट सहन करने पड़ते हैं संतों का हृदय मॉम से भी नरम तथा मकान जैसे कमल होता है वह कारण ही भक्तों से प्रेम रखते और उन्हें अपना निजी संबंध समझते हैं पंढरपुर गण और निवास बाबा अपने भक्तों से कितना प्रेम करते हैं और किस प्रकार उसकी समस्त इच्छा होता था समाचारों को पहले से ही जान लेते थे इसका वर्णन करना है या अध्ययन समाप्त करूंगा नाना साहेब चांदोलकर बाबा के परम भक्त थे वह खानदेश में ना दूर पर के मालदार थे उसका पढ़ कर को स्थानांतरण हो गया और श्री साइन बाबा की भक्ति उन्हें फलदाई हो गई क्योंकि उन्हें पंढरपुर जो भाई कुंड पृथ्वी का स्वर्ग सदृश्य ही समझा जाता है उसमें रहने का अवसर प्राप्त हो गया नानासाहेब को शीघ्र ही कार्यभार संभाला था इसलिए वह किसी को पूर्व पत्र या सूचना दिए बिना ही शीघ्रता से शिरडी को रवाना हो गए वह अपने पंढरपुर सिटी में अचानक ही पहुंचकर अपने विट्ठल बाबा को नमस्कार कर फिर आगे स्थान करना चाहते थे नाना साहेब के आगमन की किसी को भी सूचना न थी परंतु बाबा ने क्या छुपाया था तो वह तो सर्वस्त्र जैसे ही नानासाहेब नामी गांव पहुंचे तो शिर्डी से कुछ ही दूरी पर है बाबा पर बैठे हुए माला संपत्ति अपार्ट शिंदे और काशीराम वार्तालाप कर रहे थे उसी समय मस्जिद में स्वतंत्रता छा गई और बाबा ने अचानक ही कहा चलो चारों मिलकर भजन करें पंढर के द्वार खुले हुए हैं यह भजन प्रेम पूर्व गए पंढरपुर जाए पीछे माला रहे थे मजाल रहे घर में में राज सब मिलकर गाने लगे भवनाथ मुझे पंढरपुर जाकर वहीं रहना है क्योंकि वहां मेरे स्वामी ईश्वर का घर है बाबा गेट जाते और भक्तगण उसे दोहराते जाते थे कुछ समय में नाना साहब ने वहां शकुंज पहुंचकर बाबा को प्रणाम किया उन्होंने बाबा से पंढरपुर पधारने तथा वहां निवास करने की प्रार्थना की पाठकों आप इस प्रार्थना की आवश्यकता ही कही थी भक्तगण ने नानासाहेब को बतलाया कि बाबा पंढरपुर वास के भाव में पहले से ही थे या सुनकर आना साहब चरित्र हो श्री चरण पर गिर पड़े और बाबा की आज्ञा बुद्धि तथा आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करो पंढरपुर को रवाना हो गए बाबा की कथाएं आनंद है अन्य विषय जैसे मानव जन्म का महत्व बाबा की शिक्षा वृद्धि निर्वाह बाय जा भाई की सेवा तथा अन्य कथाओं को अगले अध्याय के लिए शेष रखकर आप मुझे यहां विश्राम करना चाहिए श्री सद्गुरु साईनाथ को प्रणाम शुभम भवतु

Amazing incarnation of Sain Baba, his yogic activities, his form, widespread service through leprosy, Khandoba's son, Plate Pandharpur Gana, amazing incarnation, Shri Sai Baba was proficient in all yogic activities, if there were six types of activities, then he was a complete knower of six activities, which included physical activities, three types of activities, cleaning the stomach with wet pieces of long cloth, Khand Yoga, that is, separating the parts of the body and joining them together, and samadhi, etc. It can only be said that he was a Hindu and seemed to be so beautiful in appearance that no one could say with certainty that he was a Hindu or not. He used to celebrate the Hindu's Ramnavami festival as per the custom and also the Muslim's Chand Utsav. He used to celebrate the Gokul Ashtami festival, the Gopal Kala festival, with great pomp and show. He used to encourage the Dalal rioters with enthusiasm and give adequate prizes to the winners. He used to invite Muslims to offer namaz in the mosque on the day of Eid also. Once, on the occasion of Muharram, the Muslims made a Tazia in the mosque and after celebrating it for a few days, then organized a program to go out of the village in a procession. Shri Sain Baba did not do anything for only four On the first day he allowed the Tazia to be kept here and on the fifth day without any hatred or animosity got it removed from there. If it is said that he was a Hindu, then his ears were hidden as per the Hindu tradition and if it is said that he was a Hindu, then he was in favour of hearing. Nana Saheb Chandolkar, who had seen him very closely, told that he had not heard. If someone says that he was a Kulani Brahmin or Agnihotri, violating their rules, always used to prostrate before him. Those who went to find out about his homeland, were surprised by their own question and were fascinated by just seeing him. Today no one could decide whether Sain Baba was a Hindu in reality or not. Or not, what is the worth of his teacher, who, by sacrificing the egoistic pleasures of the senses, takes refuge in God. And when he attains union with God, then he has no caste or creed. In the end, Shri Sain Baba did not discriminate between castes and creatures. He used to eat meat and fish with the fakirs. Even dogs used to put their mouths in his food and eat it freely, but he never objected. Such was the unique and wonderful incarnation of Shri Sain Baba.
