"Slaying of Shumbha"

I contemplate in my heart the goddess Kameshwari, the embodiment of Shiva's power, wearing a crescent moon on her forehead. She is as beautiful as gold, the sun, the moon, and fire. Her three eyes are the sun, and in her graceful hands she holds a bow, arrow, a goad, and a trident. The sage says, "O king, my dear brother, dear to me as my life, saw Samudra killed. Knowing that all my services were destroyed, Shambhu became angry and said, 'O wicked one, do not show false pride in the girl's campaign. You are very arrogant, yet you fight by taking the support of other women's hair.' The goddess said, 'O wicked one, I am alone, who else is there in this world except me. See, these are my powers, therefore, they are entering me.' Thereafter, all the goddesses, including Brahmani, merged into the body of Ambika Devi. At that time, only Ambika Devi remained. The goddess said, "Mother, you appeared here in many forms with your divine power, I have absorbed all those forms, now I stand alone in the battle, you too, be still," sage. It is said that thereafter a fierce battle broke out between Devi and Shubh in front of all the gods and goddesses. Due to the shower of arrows and the attack of thousands of scriptures, the battle between the two appeared to be very terrifying for everyone. Hundreds of divine weapons released by Ambika ji were cut by the demon king Shubh by destroying them. Similarly, the divine weapons released by Sun were also destroyed by Parameswari in a playful manner by uttering the dreadful word Hadka etc. Then the demon acquired the goddess from hundreds of weapons. Seeing this, the goddess filled with anger attacked him and cut his bow. After the bow was cut, then Dete Raj took Shakti in his hand but the goddess also cut the Shakti in his hand with the Chakra. On the bank, Lord Shambhu of the goddesses attacked Devi with 100 shining silver arrows and a sword in his hand. As soon as he arrived, Chandika immediately cut his sun ray bright arrows and sword with her bow. Then Dete's horse and The charioteer was killed and the bow had already been cut. He rose to kill Ambika and took the fierce bow in his hand. Seeing him coming, the Goddess cut his bow with her hair. Even then, donating the material, he ran towards the Goddess with great speed. Raj hit the pot on the Goddess's chest and the Goddess also slapped him on his chest. After being slapped by the Goddess, Raj fell on the earth but with courage he stood up and went above the Goddess and stood in the sky. Then Chandika started fighting with each other in the sky without any worship. Chandika and Chandika started fighting with each other in the sky. Their battle was such that it put the Siddhas and sages to rest. Then Ambika, after fighting with Sukh for a long time, lifted him, turned him around and threw him on the earth. After falling on the earth, that evil spirit ran towards him with a big bag to kill Chandika. Then seeing the crowd of all the people coming towards her, the Goddess pierced the chest of her slave with her trident and killed him. He was thrown on the earth. After being wounded by the edge of the goddess's sword, why did his wings fly and when did the entire earth including the oceans, islands and mountains come to know about it? He fell on the ground. Thereafter, after the killing of that soul, the entire world became happy and completely healthy. The sky started appearing clear. All the production-indicating sounds and their recitations that used to happen earlier calmed down and after the killing of that demon, the rivers also started flowing in the right path. After the death of that time, Shubh, the hearts of all the gods were filled with joy and they started singing sweet songs with fragrance. Other Gandharvas started playing and Apsaras came and started dancing. The holy air started blowing. The effect of the sun became better. The extinguished flame of the fire started igniting on its own today and the dreadful sounds of all the directions calmed down. Thus, Shri Markandeya, old all-purpose Manvantran, Goddess Mother Shubh Avdhu name, tenth chapter.
