ब्रह्मा जी का गड़ा जी को कमंडल में लेकर स्वर्ग में आना माता से मिलने बिना गदा के स्वर्ग लोक चले जाने पर खुद मेहनतवार उन्हें जल रूप होकर पुणे पृथ्वी लोक आने का शराब देना स्वर्ग लोक में देवी ग्रहण से भगवान शंकर का विवाह श्री महादेव जी बोले महामुनी तब ब्रह्मा जी गिरिराज की अनुमति से गड़ा जी को अपने कमंडल में लेकर सीख रही स्वर्ग लोक आ गए इधर सी जब गिरजा के पास आई तब बेटी को वहां न देखकर ग्रीस श्रेष्ठ हिमालय से खाने लगी मेनका बोली राजन प्रभु मेरी प्राण प्रिय पुत्री गदा कहां गई वह तो अपनी गोद में बैठी थी उसके कौन ले गया प्रभु मुझे बताएं श्री महादेव जी बोले तब गिरिराज हिमालय ने अशुभ भरी आंखों से मेनका को देखकर ब्रह्मा जी की रचना तथा गदा की स्वर्ग जाने की बात बता दी 19 श्रेष्ठ ऐसा मन सुनकर गदा के वीर से दुखी गिरिराज पथरी में ना अनेक प्रकार से रुद्रणाग करने लगी ज्ञानियों में श्रेष्ठ गिरिराज ने मीणा को सातवंदी और उन्हें वह सारी बात भी बताई जो गाडा ने स्वयं उससे कही थी अपनी मां से बिना कोई बात किया कि स्वर्ग चले जाने के कारण गिरिराज पटरी में ना अपने प्राण प्रिय पुत्री गक को कुपित होकर इस प्रकार श्राप दे दिया मुझे माता से बिना बात किए हुए स्वर्ग चली गई इसलिए तुझे जल स्वरूप में पुनः पृथ्वी लोक में आना होगा नर 30 प्रकार के महावन की पत्नी मीना श्राप देकर भवन में चली गई और गिरिराज हिमावन भी उसके साथ चले गए महामति इस स्वर्ग लोक में गधा को लाकर देवगन अत्यंत उल्लासपुर वक्त उसकी विवाह संपादित मलिक क्रियो करने लगे तदांतर का संबंध ब्रह्मा जी ने शिव जी को आदर पूर्वक बुलाने हेतु नारद जी को कामरूप महापीर भेजो नारद जी ने कामरूप में जाकर भगवान शिव को योग अभ्यास में साधना एवं ज्ञान मांगना देखा इंद्रियों की प्रीतम को समेट कर योगो की गाना साधना में लेने महाकाल कि शास्त्रों सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी और चंद्रमा का सामान प्रकाशित नेत्र वाले भगवान शिव को देखकर नाराज की वहीं खड़े रहे और सदा शिव के ज्ञान को भंग करने की भाई से विचार करने लगे कि यदि देवी सती के हिमालय के घर में जन्म की बात इनसे कहूं तो इसका ध्यान भंग हो जाए यदि कुछ ना कहो तो मुझे प्रतिज्ञा भंग का पाप लगेगा या अभी हो सकता है की देवी सती के पूर्व जन्म की बात सुनकर भगवान शिव परम संतुष्ट होकर मुझ पर प्रसन्न हो जाएंगे या सब सोचकर धीरे-धीरे नारद जी भगवान शंकर के समीप पहुंचे और योग में दिन सदाशिव से बोले महाराज जी बोले सतगुरु महादेव आपको नमस्कार करता हूं आप मुझ पर प्रसन्न हो मैं आपके पास आपके लिए सती को लाने हेतु गया था प्रभु आपकी प्रिय सती पुणे आपके पति रूप में पानी की इच्छा से जन्म ले चुकी है उन्हें प्राप्त करने हेतु मेरे साथ चलिए आप योग चिंतन छोड़िए श्री महादेव जी बोले नारद जी की बातें सुनकर भगवान शंकर शिवजी उन्हें लेकर प्रसन्नचित से अपने प्राण प्रथम गानों के साथ कैलाश पर्वत पर चले गए जो जगदंबा ब्रह्मा के कमंडल में रहे थे हुए ही भगवान शिव को प्राप्त करने के बाद जल रूप में अवतरित होकर पृथ्वी लोक में माया रूप आई महाराज स्वर्ग से ब्रह्मा नदी पृथ्वी लोक में आकर सागर पुत्रों द्वारा उद्धार किया और जल नीति सागर में मिलाकर हुए पाताल लोक तक प्राणियों का कल्याण करते रहते हैं मनी इस प्रकार सती ने आम स्वरूप से हिमालय की पुत्री होकर भगवान शंकर को पति रूप में पुनः प्राप्त किया मुनिवर भगवती सती में ही अपने दूसरे रूप पूर्ण अवतार में पार्वती रूप में जन्म लेकर भगवान शंकर को पति रूप में प्राप्त किया इस प्रकार श्री महा भागवत महापुराण के अंतर्गत श्री महादेव नारद संवाद में गधा विवाह वर्णन पूर्ण किया
