हे नारद जिस प्रकार शिव जी के आने को रूप हैं उसी प्रकार उसका ध्यान धरने की क्रिया भी शंख है परंतु उन्हें जाने वाले बहुत कम लोग ही पाए जाते हैं भगवान सदाशिव की महिमा स्वरूप तथा नाम की कोई गिनती नहीं हो सकती वेदों का नाम भी न जाने वाले गज और गाड़ी जैसे आसन के महा पापी मूर्ख ने जो मुक्ति प्राप्त की है उनका एकमात्र कारण यही है कि उन पर भगवान श्री त्रिशूल पानी ने स्वयं ही कृपा कर दी थी ऐसे दयाल गिरजापति की महिमा का वर्णन कौन कर सकता है हे नारद भगवान सदा शिव ने ही अपने आनंद के निर्माता शक्तियों को प्रगति तथा अर्थात भगवान त्रिशूल प्राणी के तेज द्वारा ही महाशक्ति का जन्म हुआ है उसे मा शक्ति का जो स्वरूप है वह मैं तुम्हें बताता हूं हुए देवी सोलह सिंगार किए हुए उनका शरीर श्याम कमल के समान कोमल उनके केस घुंघराले तथा कृष्णा वन के हैं उन शक्ति स्वरूप देवी के ऐसे अनुपम स्वरूप का ध्यान धरकर भक्तों को अत्यंत प्रसन्नता की प्राप्ति होती है हे नारद भगवान को सदाशिव ने उन परम शक्ति को श्याम रूप में उत्पन्न किया परंतु आने को भक्त उन्हें गौरव वर्णन अर्थ हुआ सोने के समान रंग वाली कहकर उनका स्मरण एवं ध्यान करते हैं इस समय में जो कुछ भी दिखाई देता है और वहां तक वचन तथा मां की गति है उन सबको इन आदि शक्ति की कृपा से ही उत्पन्न समझना चाहिए अब हम तुमसे भगवान सदाशिव के सदगुण स्वरूप के पूर्ण चरित्र का वर्णन करते हैं यह नारद भगवान सदाशिव को परम ब्रह्म एवं भगवती उपमा को परम शक्ति समझना चाहिए सर्वप्रथम भगवान सदा शिव ने उमा नाम धारिणी उसे परम शक्ति के साथ बिहार करने के निर्माता एक लोक की रचना की है जिसमें दुख चिंता शोक तथा दरिद्र का कोई स्थान नहीं है वह लोग अत्यंत रमणीक परम विचित्र मनोहर है उसे स्थान को भगवान श्रद्धा शिवा किसी भी समय नहीं छोड़ते इसलिए वह अभी मुक्त कहा जाता है वह स्थान सृष्टि के संपूर्ण जीवन को अत्यंत आनंद देने वाला होने के कारण आनंद वन के नाम से भी प्रसिद्ध है वह स्थान धातु रूप तेज स्वरूप तथा ड्यूटी होने के कारण काशी को भी कहलाता है उसे नगर में भगवान सदाशिव ने अपनी इच्छा से एक ऐसे भवन का निर्माण किया जो आने को प्रकार के रतन से अलंकृत है उसमें मोतियों की झालर लटका कर करती है और जहां छात्र विमान आदि असीमित संख्या में रखे हुए हैं उन उसे लोक अवस्था नगर में कल्पवृक्ष के समान मानव अभिलाषा पूर्ण करने वाले शास्त्रों वृक्ष विद्यमान है उसे भवन को भगवान सदा शिव ने अपने आदिशक्ति शाहिद सुशोभित किया उन्होंने परम शक्ति को संबोधित करते हुए कहा है प्रिया यह लोक अत्यंत उत्तम परम पवित्र एवं प्रसन्नता प्रदान करने वाला है अतः यह मुझे तथा तुझे अत्यंत प्रिय है यहां किसी भी प्रकार के दुख का कभी प्रवेश न हो सकेगा जो मनुष्य या पहुंच जाए वह नरक के दुखों से मुक्त हो जाएगा हम इस खांसी की जो प्रशंसा करते हैं सो कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं है क्योंकि इसकी स्तुति का वर्णन करने में वेद भी असमर्थ है इतना कह कर भगवान सदा शिव भगवती उमा के साथ वहां बिहार करने लगे जब उनके हृदय में यह इच्छा उत्पन्न हुई कि हम कोई रचनात्मक कार्य करें उसे समय उन्होंने भगवती उमा से इस प्रकार कहा है प्रिया अब हम कोई ऐसा काम करना चाहते हैं जिससे हम दोनों की प्रसन्नता की प्राप्ति हो

Now we tell you about the virtues of Lord Sadashiv. This Narad describes the complete character of the form. Lord Sadashiv should be considered as the ultimate Brahma and Bhagwati Upma as the ultimate power. First of all, Lord Shiva has created a world with the name Uma, the creator of the universe, in which there is no sorrow, worry, grief. And there is no place for the poor, those people are very delightful, very strange and beautiful, Lord Shraddha Shiva does not leave that place at any time, that is why it is called free now, because that place gives immense joy to the entire life of the creation, it is called Anand Van. That place is also famous by name, because of its metallic form, sharp appearance and duty, it is also called Kashi. In that city, Lord Sadashiv, with his wish, built a building which is decorated with various types of rattan and a fringe of pearls hung in it. It does tax and where students, aircraft etc. are kept in unlimited numbers, in the city of Lok Aastha, there exists a tree of scriptures which fulfills human desires like Kalpavriksha, that building was adorned by Lord Shiva with his Adishakti Shahid, he addressed the supreme power. It has been said dear, this world is very good, pure and gives happiness, hence it is very dear to me and you, no kind of sorrow can ever enter here, whoever reaches here will be free from the sorrows of hell. It is not surprising that people praise this cough because even the Vedas are unable to describe its praise.
