ब्रह्मा जी बोले हे नारद इंद्र के साथ नंदी ने युद्ध करना प्रारंभ किया एनल के साथ मुनि भद्रा का युद्ध होने लगा यमराज तथा महाकाल एक दूसरे के समझ जा खड़े हुए तथा निकट तथा मोदी ने पाराशर युद्ध करते हुए वीरता का प्रदर्शन किया वरुण के साथ मूड एवं वायु के साथ भी का युद्ध होने लगा उसे समय इंद्र ने अपने हाथ में ब्रज लेकर नदी के ऊपर प्रहार किया और नंदी ने क्रुद्ध होकर अपने त्रिशूल को इंद्र के ऊपर चलाया उसे चोट से घायल होकर इंद्र पृथ्वी पर गिर पड़े और म्यूजिक हो गए परंतु कुछ देर बाद जब उन्हें होश आया तो वह पुनः युद्ध करने लगे उधर नल ने शक्ति की चोट पर मुनि भद्र को घायल कर दिया और मनी भद्र ने भी निर्भय होकर अपनी त्रिशूल द्वारा उसका उत्तर दिया कल दत्त ने यमराज को अपने त्रिशूल चोट से किया फूल बना दिया इधर तो यह बड़े-बड़े सेनापति परंपरास युद्ध करने में कवि थे उधर भैरव अत्यंत क्रोधित होकर योगिनियों को साथ ले देवताओं की सेवा में घुस गए और सबको घायल करते हुए उनका रुधिर पीने लगे फिर उन्होंने अपने स्वरूप को ऐसी भयानक बनाया कि उसे देखकर आने को देवता युद्ध क्षेत्र से भाग खड़े हुए जो देवता खड़े रहे हुए उनके तेज तथा प्रकाश को देखकर अत्यंत भयभीत को भैरव भैरव की पुकार करने लगे हे नारद भैरव की भांति क्षेत्रपाल में भी देवताओं की सेवा के अंदर प्रविष्ट होकर उन्हें कष्ट देना आरंभ कर दिया नव काली भी देवताओं की सेवा को नष्ट करने लगी वह देवताओं के मस्तक को छोड़कर उनका रुधिर पीती थी और शरीर को खा जाती थी जिसके कारण चारों ओर आकर मच गया उसे समय हुए सब लोग भाग कर विष्णु जी की शरण में जा पहुंचे और इस प्रकार कहने लगे हे प्रभु इस समय हम लोग बहुत दुखी हैं आता आप हमारी सहायता करें आप हम सब के स्वामी हैं इसलिए हम आपसे यह प्रार्थना करते हैं कि भैरव क्षेत्रपाल तथा कई ने हमारी जो दुर्गति की है उनका आप उचित उपाय करें विष्णु जी में सब देवताओं की उसे दाहिनी दशा को देखा तो उन्हें अत्यंत क्रुद्ध में भरकर क्षेत्रपाल की ओर अपना चक्र छोड़ दिया उसे जग रखे तेज से संपूर्ण दिशाएं 10 माह से होने लगी जब क्षेत्रपाल ने उसका प्रज्वलित ज्योतिया को इस प्रकार अपनी और आते देखा तो उसने यह चक्र अपने मुख में डाल दिया यह देखकर विष्णु जी ने क्षेत्रपाल के गाल पर अपनी गदा का प्रहार किया जिसके कारण वह मुख के बाल पृथ्वी पर गिर पड़ा

On the other hand, Naal injured Muni Bhadra with a blow of Shakti and Mani Bhadra also fearlessly replied to him with his trident. Kal Dutt turned Yamraj into a flower with his trident. On the other hand, these great commanders were expert in fighting traditional wars. On the other hand, Bhairav became very angry and took the yoginis with him and entered the service of the gods and started drinking their blood while injuring everyone. Then he made his form so terrifying that on seeing him, the gods who were standing there ran away from the battlefield. Seeing their brilliance and light, Bhairava got very frightened and started calling out 'O Narada'. Like Bhairava, Kshetrapal also entered the service of the gods and started tormenting them. Nav Kali also started ruining the service of the gods. She used to drink the blood of the gods leaving their heads and used to eat their bodies, due to which there was chaos all around. At that time all the people ran and took refuge in Vishnu ji and started saying 'O Lord, at this time we are very sad, please help us, you are the master of all of us, that is why we pray to you that you should find a suitable solution for the misery that Bhairav, Kshetrapal and others have caused to us'. When Vishnu ji saw the condition of all the gods, he became very angry and released his disc towards Kshetrapal. With his brilliance, all directions started glowing. When Kshetrapal saw his blazing light coming towards him, he put this disc in his mouth. Seeing this, Vishnu ji struck Kshetrapal's cheek with his mace, due to which the hair on his face fell on the earth.
