ब्रह्मा जी बोले हे नारद उसे समय समस्त देवता सिद्धि मनी एवं गढ़ आदि एकत्र होकर बड़ा आनंद मनाते हुए तथा पुष्पों की दृष्टि करते हुए कैलाश पर पहुंचे गंधर्व ने प्रसन्न होकर आनंद के बजे बजाने इसी प्रकार बड़ी धूमधाम से उत्सव मनाया गया तीनों लोक में सबको बड़ा आनंद प्राप्त हुआ इस समय गांधी पुत्र विश्वामित्र जो प्रसिद्ध ब्राह्मण है तुम्हारा वहां आओ उपस्थित हुए उन्होंने उसे लड़के की स्तुति कर आदर किया तब वह बालक विश्व मित्र की बनी हुई स्तुति सुनकर प्रशांत होकर कहने लगे है मनी तुम हमारा संस्कार करो तुम्हें आज से हमारे पुरोहित हो तुम तीनों लोगों में सामान के योग्य हो या सुनकर विश्वामित्र ने कुछ सोच कर विनय पूर्वक कहा मैं ब्राह्मण के घर उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ हूं जो आपका संस्कार करूंगा मैं तो गांधी नामक क्षत्रिय से उत्पन्न हुआ हूं तथा मेरा नाम विश्वामित्र है संस्कार आदि कार्य करना ब्राह्मण का धर्म है इसके अतिरिक्त यदि अन्य कोई कार्रवाई तो वह दुख पता है अस्तु अब आप अपने विषय में बताएं कि आप इस प्रकार बालक रूप धारण किए हुए कौन है आपके माता-पिता कौन है वह दोनों आपको इस प्रकार अकेले छोड़कर कहां चले गए मैं आपको यहां अकेला देख रहा हूं आपका तेज अद्भुत है आप ब्रह्मचारी है या गृहस्थ है अथवा तीनों देवताओं में से कोई है आप ब्रह्म है जो बाल स्वरूप से प्रकट हुए हैं मैं आज तक ऐसा बालक नहीं देखा आप तो उत्पन्न होते ही बातें करके आनंद प्राप्त करते हैं तथा अपने संस्कारों के लिए मुझे आज्ञा देते हैं कृपा करके मुझे सब कुछ स्पष्ट बतला दीजिए है नारद विश्व मंत्र के ऐसे वचन सुनकर उसे बालक ने हंसते हुए कहा है विश्व मंत्र हम गिरजा एवं शिव के पुत्र तथा देश को मार कर तीनों लोगों को आनंद प्रदान करने वाले हैं यह कहकर उसे बालक ने अपना प्रताप विस्तार पूर्वक का सुनाया और कहा है ऋषि तुम महर्षि होकर सब ब्राह्मणों से प्रतिष्ठा मत करो यहां तक के ब्रह्मा के पुत्र वशिष्ठ अभी तुमको महर्षि कहेंगे या हमारा वर्क है अब तुम शिव और गिरजा की लीला को अपार समझ कर हमारे संस्कार के विषय में विचार एवं विलामनाथ करो यह सुनकर विश्वामित्र ने तुरंत आ गया मानकर संस्कार किया तब शिव जी के पुत्र ने विश्व मित्र को वार दिया और अपना पुरोहित बनाया उसी समय अग्नि ने भी वहां पहुंचकर तथा शिव जी के पुत्र को देखकर आनंद प्राप्त किया फिर उसे बालक को प्रणाम किया विश्व मित्र ने जो बातें पूछी उनका ठीक-ठाक उत्तर उसे बालक ने दिया फिर उसने अपनी सबकथा अग्नि से कहीं अग्नि तथा विश्व मित्र उसे लड़के के पूर्ण बल एवं प्रताप देखकर अत्यंत प्रशांत हुए परंतु अग्नि से उसे गोद में बैठा छाती से लगा लिया और उसका मुख्य चुम्मा फिर अत्यंत प्रेम के साथ उसे लड़के को अपना पुत्र माना तथा अपने बहुत से शास्त्र उसे दिए

Gandharva was happy and played the instruments of joy. Similarly, the festival was celebrated with great pomp and show. Everyone in the three worlds enjoyed a lot. At that time, Vishwamitra, son of Gandhi, who is a famous Brahmin, came there. He praised the boy and respected him. Then the boy became happy after listening to the praise of Vishwamitra and said, Mani, you perform our rituals. From today, you are our priest. You are worthy of being treated equally among the three worlds. Hearing this, Vishwamitra thought for a while and said politely, I was not born in a Brahmin's house. Who will perform your rituals? I am born to a Kshatriya named Gandhi and my name is Vishwamitra. Performing rituals etc. is the duty of a Brahmin. Apart from this, if there is any other action, then it is a sorrow. So now you tell about yourself, who are you who have taken the form of a child like this? Who are your parents? Where did they go leaving you alone like this? I am seeing you alone here. Your radiance is amazing. Are you a celibate or a householder or are you a part of the three gods? Are you someone among them? You are Brahma who has appeared in the form of a child. I have not seen such a child till date. As soon as you are born, you get pleasure by talking and order me for your rituals. Please tell me everything clearly. Hearing such words of Narad Vishwamitra, the child laughingly said Vishwa Mantra, we are the sons of Girija and Shiva and by killing Desh, we will give pleasure to all three worlds. Saying this, the child told him about his glory in detail and said, Rishi, being a Maharishi, do not get respect from all the Brahmins. Even Brahma's son Vashishtha will call you Maharishi now or it is our work. Now considering the Leela of Shiva and Girija to be immense, think and contemplate about our rituals. Hearing this, Vishwamitra immediately accepted that he had come and performed the rituals. Then Shiva's son attacked Vishwamitra and made him his priest. At the same time, Agni also reached there and got pleasure by seeing Shiva's son. Then bowed to the child. The child gave proper answers to all the questions asked by Vishwamitra. Then he told his entire story to Agni. Agni and Vishwamitra were very happy to see the full power and glory of the boy. But Agni made him sit on his lap, hugged him and kissed him. Then with great love, he accepted the boy as his son and gave him many of his scriptures.
