ब्रह्मा जी बोले हे नारद उसे समय शिव का विवाह अपने नेत्रों से देखने के लिए सभी उत्सव क्यों प्रसन्न थे महिला ने सर्वप्रथम शिवजी की आरती उतारी इसके पश्चात शिव जी अंदर गए देवता एवं मुनि आदि भी अंदर जाकर बैठ गए वह सब शिव जी के चंद्रमा के समान सुंदर मुख को चकोर की भांति देखने लगे उसे समय मंडप के चारों ओर की धरती चार प्रकार से पवित्र की गई उसके नीचे सिंहासन पर शिवजी विराजमान हुए फिर गिरजा आई हुई सोलह सिंगार किए हुए अपने शाखों के साथ ही विष्णु जी तथा हम सब देवताओं के हाथ जोड़कर गिरिजा को प्रणाम किया तथा सबने शुभ आशीर्वाद दिया दोनों और के मुनियों ने प्रथम गणपति एवं गौरी का पूजन किया था दो प्रांत हुए अन्य ऋतियां पूरी करने लगे हे नाथ पंच देवता अनाड़ी है तथा पांचो को सामान जानकर उनकी पूजा करनी चाहिए जिस प्रकार वेद में विवाह की विधि लिखी है हिमाचल ने इस प्रकार सब्रिटियां पुरी की है महीना ने बहुत महीन तथा उत्तम वस्त्र शिवजी को दिए हैं उसे प्रकार के दो वस्त्र गिरिजा को भी दिए हैं गिरजा हिमाचल की दाएं और आकर बैठी और गिरजा शिवजी गिरजा के समझ बैठे तथा मुनेश्वर ने वेद पाठ किया महीना भी कन्यादान के समय आई पुरोहित दूसरे पक्ष का गोत्र नाम पूछने लगे तथा अपने कल का बताने लगे हिमाचल ने घर विष्णु जी तथा मुझसे कहा कि अब आप लोग कन्यादान कर दीजिए परंतु हम लोग शिवजी का गोत्र आचरण ना कर सके इसलिए विवाह होकर चुप ही रहे तब हिमाचल ने शिवजी से कहा कि आप आप गोत्र एवं कल स्वयं वर्णन कीजिए क्योंकि बिना इसके कन्यादान नहीं हो सकता शिवजी ने लीला करके अपने मुख से कुछ ना कहा वह चुप हो गए यह देखकर सब लोग आश्चर्य करने लगे उसे समय सबको बहुत दुख भी हुआ उसकी आशा टूट गई हिमाचल का यह वचन एवं है किसी को भी भला न लग सब परस्पर एक दूसरे की ओर देखने लगे परंतु शिव की लीला को कोई ना जान सका गिरजा अपने पति के मुख को देखकर सबसे अधिक चिंतित हुए और शिवजी का ध्यान करने लगे शिवजी ने गिरजा की चिंता को जानकर तुम नारद पर अपनी इच्छा प्रकट की तब तुम तुरंत हंस कर अपनी वीणा बजाने लगे हिमाचल मन में अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए सब लोगों ने तुमसे कहा कि यह समय वीणा बजाने का नहीं है यह नारा दिया ही नारा दिया सब सुनकर तुमने उत्तर दिया है राजन तुमने जो शिवजी का गोत्र एवं फुल पूछा है सो हमने शिवजी के संकेत के अनुसार उत्तर दिया है अर्थात शिव जी का कुल एवं गोत्र नाथ है शिवजी का शरीर नाद रूपी तथा शिवजी का नाथ पूर्ण है शिव जी का कुल एवं गोत्र जो ब्रह्मा विष्णु तथा हम सब में से कोई नहीं जानता कौन मनुष्य बता सकता है कि तुम तो मूर्ख जैसे बातें करते हो शिव सा शरीर शरीर रहित ने स्कूल संकुल अगोत्र तथा सगोत्र सब कुछ है आप समय बीतता जाता है इसलिए तुम कन्यादान कर दो तब हिमाचल ने इस समय उसे एवं जल लेकर कन्यादान कर दिया तथा गिरजा का हाथ शिवजी के हाथ में पकड़ कर दिया इसमें हिमाचल के तीनों लोगों की करती हुई शिवजी ने गिरजा के हाथ पकड़ कर सो वही विवाह पद्धति लोक में प्रसिद्ध हो गई

Mahina gave very fine and excellent clothes to Shiva, and gave two clothes of the same type to Girija as well. Girja came and sat on the right side of Himachal and Girja sat on the right side of Shiva. They understood and Muneshwar read the Vedas too. At the time of Kanyadan, the priest started asking the gotra name of the other party and started telling about his tomorrow. Himachal said to Lord Vishnu and me at home that now you people should do the Kanyadan, but we could not follow the gotra of Lord Shiv, so we remained silent after the marriage. Then Himachal said to Lord Shiv that you should describe your gotra and tomorrow yourself because without this Kanyadan cannot be done. Lord Shiv did a leela and did not say anything with his mouth. He became silent. Seeing this, everyone was surprised. Everyone felt very sad at that time, their hopes were shattered. This word of Himachal did not please anyone. Everyone started looking at each other, but no one could understand the leela of Shiv. Girja became most worried after seeing her husband's face and started meditating on Lord Shiv. Knowing Girja's worry, you expressed your desire to Narad. Then you immediately started laughing and playing your Veena. Himachal became very happy in his heart. Everyone told you that this is not the time to play the Veena. This slogan was given. Hearing everything, you have replied, Rajan, whatever you have said to Lord Shiv.
