पीटर अपना सर्वाधिक प्रभाव सतीत और बा फिर परिवार पर डालते हैं वृत्त पाराशर होरा शास्त्र ग्रंथ के पूर्व जन्म श्राप उद्बोधक अध्याय में शराब पितृ श्राप आदि को संतान संबंधित प्रकरण में दिया गया है यहां पितृ दोष को पितृ श्राप के नाम से पुकारा गया है और संभवत संतान के पक्ष से इसलिए रखा गया है क्योंकि वंश को आगे चलने के लिए संतान का होना आवश्यक है साथ में विभिन्न श्रपों के दोष निवारण भी इस ग्रंथ में दिए गए हैं पितृ दोष अथवा शराब का सबसे कष्टदायक पहलू है संतान का ना होना अथवा सिर्फ कन्या संतान का होना अथवा संतान हो तो सही लेकिन या तो वह मन बुद्धि होती है अथवा जन्म से ही शारीरिक अधिकार साथ में लाती है अब हम पंचम संतान स्थान अथवा सती निरोध संबंधित पितृ दोष का अध्याय विस्तार से करेंगे ऋषि पराशर जी ने आठ प्रकार के श्राप या दूसरों का वर्णन ज्योतिष परिपेक्ष में किया है एवं इन दोस्तों के ज्योतिषी योग्य भी दिए हैं और इन देशों की निर्माता के उपाय भी आगे हम विस्तार से विवेचन करेंगे सर्वश्रपयम सर्प दोष के कारण सटीक पीड़ा से ज्योतिष योग्य भारतीय ज्योति मेरा ज्योतिष में राहु को सर्प माना गया है यदि पंचम स्थान में संतान स्थान है यहां स्वामी ग्रह या पंचम भाव अथवा पंचम स्थान के ग्रह बृहस्पति को राहु से किसी प्रकार का संबंध हो तो सर्प दोष होता है ऋषि पराशर ने इसी प्रकार की योग का वर्णन सर्प श्राप अध्ययन में किया है लिए उन योग को देखते हैं

योग संख्या एक यदि पंचम स्थान में राहु एवं उसे पर मंगल की दृष्टि हो या मंगल की राशि वृषभ को सर्प शराब से संतान की हानि होती है यहां दो प्रकार की स्थिति दर्शी गई है पंचम स्थान में राहु हो और मंगल उसे पर दृष्टि हो मंगल की पूर्ण दृष्टि एक चार सात आठ में होती है अतः मंगल कुंडली के दसवें या 11 में अथवा दूसरे स्थान पर जब स्थित हो तो उसकी दृष्टि पंचम स्थान पर आती है यदि किसी जाता की कुंडली में प्रस्तुत कुंडली के अनुसार ग्रह स्थिति हो कुंडली में राहु पांचवें स्थान में दर्शाया गया और मंगलदास में या 11 में या दूसरे स्थान पर हो तो मंगल इन स्थितियों में हो तो ग्रह पंचमेश स्थान को देखा है योग संख्या एक के अनुसार दूसरी स्थिति प्रकार बताई गई है की पंचम स्थान में राहु हो और पंचम स्थान में वृश्चिक राशि अर्थात किसी कुंडली में राहु पंचम स्थान में वृश्चिक राशि होकर बैठ जाए तो मंगल की राशि हो तो जातक सर्प दोष के कारण संतान की हानि होती है प्रस्तुत कुंडली में पंचम स्थान में वृश्चिक राशि है और राहु पंचम स्थान में विराजमान है यदि ऐसी स्थिति किसी जाता के जन्म कुंडली में बने हो तो जाता को सर्प दोष के कारण संतान की हानि होती है यह उदाहरण कुंडली में अन्य ग्रहों की स्थिति नहीं दर्शी गई है या कुंडली मंत्र योग का एक उदाहरण है

योग संख्या दो पंचमेश में राहु से युक्त पंचम में शनि हो और चंद्रमा से युक्त या दृष्टि हो तो सर्प शराब से संतान नष्ट हो जाते हैं संतान की हानि होती है उपयुक्त योग में स्थिति निम्न प्रकार से बनती है जो दो प्रकार की होती है पंचमेश राहु से युक्त हो शनि पंचम स्थान हो और चंद्रमा से युक्त हो पंचमेश राहु से युक्ति हो शनि पंचम स्थान हो तो चंद्रमा दृष्टि हो जो तभी संभव है जो चंद्रमा एकादश भाव में हो क्योंकि चंद्रमा की पूर्ण दृष्टि सिर्फ सातवीं होती है दोनों प्रकार की स्थिति का उदाहरण था कुंडली में अध्ययन करेंगे परंतु प्रस्तुत कुंडली में पंचम में जो बुध ग्रह और राहु से युक्त पंचम स्थान में शनि है और शनि चंद्रमा से युक्त है अतः इस प्रकार की स्थिति यदि किसी कुंडली में बने तो जातक को सर्प दोष के कारण संतान की हानि होती है

योग संख्या तीन संतान का कारक ग्रह गुरु राहु संयुक्त हो पंचमेश बलहीन हो लग्न मंगल संयुक्त हो तो सर्प श्राप से संतान नष्ट कष्ट होता है प्रस्तुत कुंडली में ग्रहों की स्थिति देखी संतान का कारक गुरु राहु से युक्त दूसरे स्थान में बैठा हो पांच में शुक्र चतुर्थ भाव में नीचे का होने से बलहीन एवं लगे बुध मंगल के साथ दशमेश स्थान में विराजमान है यदि किसी जाता की कुंडली में इस प्रकार की स्थिति पाई जाए तो उसे जाता को सर्प शराब से संतान की हानि होगी

योग संख्या चार संतान कारक ग्रह गुरु मंगल से युक्त हो और लग्न में राहु हो और पंचमेश छठ में आठवी या बार में भाव में से किसी भी भाव में हो तो संतान की हानि होती है परंतु कुंडली को देखें गुरु जो कि पांचवें भाव का कारक है नया स्थान में मंगल संयुक्त है राहु लग्न भाव में विराजमान होकर पंचम स्थान में दृष्टि संबंध बनाता है और पंचमेश में जो भी बुद्ध है 12वीं भाव में गया है कुंडली में योग संख्या चार के अनुसार सर्प श्राप होता है

योग संख्या 5 मंगल की राशि में मंगल से युक्त पंचमेश बुध हो और लग्न में राहु हो तो सर्प के शराब से संतान की हानि होती है इस योग के अनुसार बूथ पंचमेश होना आवश्यक है ऐसी स्थिति में यह योग केवल ब्रिज लगा और कुंभ लग्न की कुंडलियां में ही घटित होगा क्योंकि कुंभ लग्न में कुंडली में पंचम स्थान में मिथुन राशि आती है जिसका स्वामी भूत है और वृषभ लग्न की कुंडली में पंचम स्थान में कन्या राशि आती है जिसका स्वामी भी बुद्ध ही है अन्य लखनऊ में बुध पंचमेश नहीं बनता प्रथम कुंडली को देखें पंचमेश बुध मंगल की राशि में मंगल से युक्त तथा राहु लग्न में विराजमान नेता कुंडली सर्प दोष से ग्रसित है द्वितीय कुंडली में पंचमेश बुध मंगल संयुक्त मंगल ही राशि वृश्चिक में है तथा राहु लग्न में है फलता है यह स्थिति कर सर्प दोष की दर्शाती है

योग संख्या 6 पंचम भाव में सूर्य शनि मंगल राहु बुध गुरु हो और पांच में तथा लगे निर्बल हो तो सर्प के शराब से संतान की हानि होती है यह कुंडली मिथुन लग्न की है पंचम स्थान में सूर्य बुध मंगल राहुगुरू शनि स्थित है लगने से बहुत स्थाई है पांच में सुख रक्षक में भाव शत्रु राशि ग्रस्त होने से होने वाली है अतः कुंडली सर्प श्राप से ग्रसित है यह जाता को दो संताने हैं दोनों ही संताने गूंगी और बाहरी है

योग संख्या 7 लग्नेश राहु संयुक्त हो पंचमेश भाव मंगल से युक्त हो कारक गुरु राहु से युक्त हो तो सर्प के श्राप से संतान की हानि होती है इस कुंडली को देखिए लगे बुध और पंचम स्थान का कारक गुरु दूसरे स्थान में राहु संयुक्त होकर बैठे हैं तथा पांच में शुक्र मंगल से युक्त होकर साथ में स्थान में विराजमान है योग संख्या 7 के अनुसार इस प्रकार की स्थिति किसी जाता की कुंडली में बने हो तो जातक को सर्प शराब के कारण संतान की हानि होती है

Yoga number one: If Rahu is in the fifth house and Mars is aspecting it, or Mars's sign Taurus is Taurus, then there is a loss of children due to snakes and alcohol. Two types of situations are shown here: Rahu is in the fifth house and Mars is aspecting it. Mars has full aspect in positions one, four, seven, eight, so when Mars is in the tenth, eleventh, or second house of the horoscope, its aspect falls on the fifth house. If the planetary positions in a person's horoscope are as presented in the horoscope, Rahu is shown in the fifth house, and Mars is in the tenth, eleventh, or second house, then if Mars is in these positions, then the planet is seen in the fifth house. The situation in the above yoga is formed as follows, which are of two types: The fifth lord is conjunct with Rahu; Saturn is in the fifth house and is conjunct with the Moon; the fifth lord is conjunct with Rahu; Saturn is in the fifth house and is aspected by the Moon, which is possible only if the Moon is in the eleventh house, because the Moon has full aspect only on the seventh. We will study examples of both types of situations in the horoscope, but in the presented horoscope, the planet Mercury is in the fifth house, Saturn is in the fifth house, conjunct with Rahu, and Saturn is conjunct with the Moon. Therefore, if such a situation occurs in a horoscope, then the person suffers from the Sarpa Dosha. A defect results in the loss of children.

Yoga number three: If Jupiter, the planet responsible for children, is conjunct Rahu, the fifth lord is weak and the ascendant is conjunct Mars, then the child is lost due to a snake curse. If the planetary positions in the presented horoscope are taken into account, Jupiter, the planet responsible for children, is placed in the second house, conjunct Rahu, and Venus, the lord of the fifth house, is weak and attached to Mars. If such a situation is found in a person's horoscope, then the person will suffer the loss of children due to snakes and alcohol.

Yoga number four: If Jupiter, the planet responsible for children, is conjunct Mars, and Rahu is in the ascendant, and the lord of the fifth house is in any of the sixth, eighth, or twelfth houses, then the child is lost. However, if the horoscope shows that Jupiter, the significator of the fifth house, is conjunct Mars in the new house. Rahu, being in the ascendant, forms a sight relation with the fifth house, and any Mercury in the fifth house is placed in the twelfth house, then the snake curse occurs according to Yoga number four in the horoscope.

Yoga number 5: If Mercury, the lord of the fifth house, is conjunct Mars in the sign of Mars, and If Rahu is in the ascendant, alcohol consumption by the snake will result in the loss of children. According to this yoga, the fifth house of the snake's alcohol is necessary. In such a situation, this yoga will only occur in horoscopes with the Bridge Lagna and Aquarius ascendant. Because in the Aquarius ascendant, the fifth house is occupied by Gemini, whose lord is the Sun. In the Taurus ascendant, the fifth house is occupied by Virgo, whose lord is also Mercury.
