परंतु है अर्जुन जो कर्मों का अधिकारी अज्ञानी ज्ञान इंद्रियों को मन से रोककर वादे हाथ इत्यादि कर्म इंद्रियों से आचरण करता है किसका आचरण करता है सो कहते हैं आसक्ति रहित होकर कर्म योग का आचरण करता है वह कर्मयोगी दूसरे की अपेक्षा अर्थात मिथ्या चरणों की अपेक्षा श्रेष्ठ है ऐसा होने के कारण हे अर्जुन जो कर्म स्तुति में किसी फल के लिए नहीं बतलाया गया ऐसा जिसका कम जो अधिकारी है उसके लिए वह नियत कर्म है उसे नियत अर्थात नियत कर्म का तू आचरण कर क्योंकि कर्म के न करने की अपेक्षा कम करना परिणामों में बहुत श्रेष्ठ है क्योंकि कुछ भी न करने से तो तेरी शरीर यात्रा भी नहीं चलेगी अर्थात तेरे शरीर का निर्वाह भी नहीं होगा इसलिए कम करने और न करने में जो अंतर वह संसार में प्रत्यक्ष है जो तू ऐसा समझता है कि बंधन कारक होने से कम नहीं करना चाहिए तो यह समझना भी भूल है कैसे यज्ञ ही विष्णु है इस श्रुति परिणाम से योगेश्वर है और इसके लिए जो कर्म किया जाए वह यज्ञ अर्थात कर्म है उसे ईश्वरीता कम को छोड़कर दूसरे कर्मों से कम करने वाला अधिकारी मनुष्य समुदाय कर्मबंधन युक्त हो जाता है पर ईश्वर अब तक किए जाने वाले कम से नहीं इसलिए है केतु भाग तू कर्म फल और स वक्त से रहित होकर इस व्रत कर्म का भली प्रकार आचरण कर इसके आगे बतलाए जाने वाले कारण से भी अधिकारी को कम करना चाहिए सृष्टि के आदिकाल में यज्ञ सहित प्रजा को अर्थात ब्राह्मण क्षत्रिय वैश्य इन तीनों वर्णों को राज कर जगत के रचयिता राजा पति ने कहा कि इस यज्ञ में तुम लोग प्रसव उत्पत्ति यानी वृद्धि लाभ करो यह यज्ञ तुम लोगों को ईस्ट कामनाओं का देने वाला अर्थात स्थित फल रूप नाना भोग को देने वाला होगा तुम लोग इस यज्ञ द्वारा इंद्र आदि देवों का बढ़ावा अर्थात उसकी उत्पत्ति करो हुए देव बेस्ट आदि द्वारा तुम लोगों को बढ़ाया अर्थात उन्नति करें इस प्रकार एक दूसरे को माटी करते हुए तुम लोग ज्ञान प्राप्ति द्वारा मोक्ष रूप परम श्री को प्राप्त करोगे अर्थात स्वर्ग रूप परम श्री को ही प्राप्त करोगे दूसरी बात यह भी है कि यज्ञ द्वारा बढ़ाए हुए संतुष्ट किए हुए देवता तुम लोगों को स्त्री पशु पुत्र हाथी चित्र भोग देंगे उन देवों के द्वारा दिए हुए लोगों को उन्हें न देखकर अर्थात कारण न चुका कर जो खाता है केवल अपने शरीर और इंद्रियों को ही तृप्ति करता है वह देवताओं के इस सूत्र को हरण करने वाला चोर ही है परंतु जो यज्ञ सृष्टि तंत्र का भोजन करने वाला श्रेष्ठ पुरुष है अर्थात देव यज्ञ करके उसने बचे हुए अमृत नामक अंतर भाषण करना जिसका स्वभाव है वह सब पापों से अर्थात गृहस्थ में होने वाले चक्की दूल्हे आदि के पांच बापू से और प्रमाण से होने वाले सिहाद जनित अन्य पापों से भी छूट जाते हैं तथा जो उधर पारायण लोग केवल अपने लिए ही अंतर पकाते हैं वह स्वयं पापी और पाप ही कहते हैं इसलिए कि अधिकारी को कम करना चाहिए क्योंकि कर्म जगत चक्र की प्रवृत्ति का कारण है कैसे हो कहते हैं भाषण किया हुआ अंतर रक्त और वीर्य के रूप में परिवहन होने पर उसे प्रत्यक्ष ही प्राणी उत्पन्न होते हैं पर्याप्त अर्थात गणित से तंत्र की उत्पत्ति होती है और यज्ञ की दृष्टि होती है आगरा में विधि पूर्वक दी हुई आहुति सूर्य से स्थित होती है सूर्य की दृष्टि होती है दृष्टि से अंतर होता है और आमतौर से प्रजा उत्पन्न होती है इस स्मृति वाक्य से भैया बात पाई जाती है त्रिविक और यजमान के व्यापार का नाम कर्म है और उसे कम से उसकी उत्पत्ति होती है वह पूरक यज्ञ कर्म समुद्र अर्थात वह पूर्ण रूप यज्ञ कर्म से उत्पन्न होता है और उसे क्रिया रूप कम को तो वेद रूप ब्रह्म से उत्पन्न हुआ जानना अर्थात कर्म की उत्पत्ति का कारण भेद है ऐसे जान और पेट रूप पर ब्रह्मा अक्षर से उत्पन्न हुआ है अर्थात अविनाशी परम ब्रम्ह देव वेद की उत्पत्ति का कारण है वेद रूपी परम ब्रह्म साक्षात परमात्मा नमक अक्षर से पुरुष उसके निशक्त की भांति उत्पन्न हुआ है इसलिए वह सब अर्थात को प्रकाशित करने वाला होने के कारण सर्वत्र है तथा यज्ञ विधि से वेद की प्रधानता होने के कारण वह सर्वाधिक होता हुआ ही सदा यज्ञ में प्रतिष्ठित है
