शिवजी बोले मेरे वचनों का उल्लंघन कर तुम बार-बार अपने पिता के घर जाने की बात क्यों कहा रही हो वहां जाने का प्रयोजन है इसे सही और स्पष्ट रूप से बता दो तब मैं उसका उत्तर बना दूंगा जिन दूर आत्माओं ने अनदर का कोई भय नहीं रहता वही उसे स्थान पर जाते हैं जहां अपमान की संभावना रहती है सती सम्मान के योग व्यक्ति के सम्मान न करने वाले की घर कभी नहीं जाना चाहिए क्योंकि उसे आप पूजा के द्वारा की गई वह पूजा पूजा नहीं की जाती मेरी निंद सुनने में यदि मुझे सुखना मिलता तो मेरे निंदा की घर जाने की इच्छा तुम क्यों कर रही हो सती बोली संभोग आपकी निंदा सुनने में मुझे कोई सुख नहीं है जी निंदा को सुनने की मेरी अभिलाषा भी नहीं किंतु फिर भी मैं वहां जाना चाहती हूं मैं क्षण की समय मेरे पिता मेरे केवल आपको छोड़ अन्य सभी देवताओं को बुलाकर महायज्ञ आरंभ किया उसे समय उसका अपमान हो गया और उसे प्रजा देख भी रही है यदि मेरे पिता दक्ष आपका आदर करके अभिमानपूर्वक इस महायज्ञ को संपन्न कर लेते तो इस पृथ्वी तल पर भी कोई मनुष्य श्रद्धा से तो होकर आपको होती नहीं देगा इसलिए आप आ गया दीजिए या ना दीजिए मैं वहां अवश्य जाऊंगी और वहां या तो आपके लिए यज्ञ भाग प्राप्त करूंगी अथवा यज्ञ का नाश कर डालूंगी श्री शिव जी बोले महादेवी मेरे और अपने पर भी तुम मेरी बात नहीं सुन रही हो तो बुद्धि व्यक्ति स्वयं निशा चरण करके दूसरे पर दोसर ओपन करता है दक्ष पुत्री आप मैं जान लिया कि तुम मेरे कहने में नहीं रह गई हो पता अपने रुचि के अनुसार तुम कुछ भी करो मेरी आज्ञा की प्रतीक्षा क्यों कर रही हो श्री महादेव जी ने कहा नारद तब महेश्वर के ऐसा कहने पर क्रोध की हमारे लाल आंखों वाली ने दक्ष पुत्री शक्ति क्षण भर के लिए सोचने लगी कि इन शंकर ने पहले तो मुझे पत्नी रूप में प्राप्त करने हेतु प्रार्थना की थी और फिर मुझ पर का लेने के बाद आप यह मेरा अपमान कर रही है इसलिए आप माय इन्हें अपना प्रभाव दिखाई हूं तदांतर रोज भगवान शिव ने कोर्ट से फड़फड़ा फड़कते हुए फोटो वाली तथा कल अग्नि के समान नेत्रों वाली उन भक्ति सती को देख अपने नेत्र बंद कर दीजिए भयानक दादो से युक्त मुख वाली भगवती ने साहस उसे समय 28 18 किया जिसे सुनकर महादेव बिट्टू के समान भाई आक्रांत हो गए बड़ी कठिनाई से आंखों को खोलकर उन्हें भगवती के भयानक रूप को देख नारद उसके द्वारा इस प्रकार देखी जाने पर उन भगवती ने सहर्ष अपने इस मारूफ वस्त्रो का परित्याग करके वृद्धा अवस्था के समान क्रांति को धारण कर लिया हुए दिगंबर थी उसके कैसे पास सुशोभित हो रहे थे जी हां लव लगा रही थी उसकी चार भुजाएं थी उसके शरीर ज्योति कॉल अग्नि के समान सुशोभित हो रही थी रोम राशि तहसील में से व्यास थी अतः भयंकर रूपाली हुए भयंकर शब्द कर रही थी और उन्होंने मुख मंडल का आभूषण धारण कर रखा था उठाते हुए करोड़ों सूर्य का सामान तेजो में उन्होंने अपने मस्तक पर चंद्र रेखा धारण कर रखी थी उक्त हुए सूर्य के समान अभाव वाले प्रेत को धारण करने से उनके ललाट दिव्यांग था इस प्रकार अपने देश से देती मां एवं भयानक रूप धारण करके देवी सती घर गर्जना के साथ 18 सा करते हुए कौन संभोग के समक्ष उठकर साहस खड़ी हुई तब उन सती को इस प्रकार का विचित्र कार्य करते हुए देखकर भगवान शिव ने जीत से धैर्य का परित्याग कर भाई के मार भगाने का निश्चय किया और वह रिमोट की भांति सभी दिशाओं में इधर-उधर भागने लगे कौन से ऊपर दौड़ते हुए देखकर हुए दक्ष पुत्री साथी उन्हें रोकने के लिए मुझे स्वरों में डरो मत डरो मत इन सप्ताह का बार-बार उच्चारण करती हुई अत्यंत भयानक 180 कर रही थी उसे शब्द को सुनकर हुए इसी वक्त अधिक दर के मारे वहां एक क्षण भी नहीं रुके हुए उसे समय भाई से व्याकुल होकर निशाने से दूर तक पहुंच जाने के यह बड़ी तेजी से भागे जा रहे थे इस प्रकार अपने स्वामी को भयंकर अंत देखकर हुए दयामय भगवती सती उन्हें रोकने की इच्छा से क्षण भर से अपने 10 श्रेष्ठ विग्रह धारण करके सभी दिशाओं में उसके समक्ष स्थित हो गई अत्यंत विवेक से भागते हुए विष्णु जी की दिशा में जाते थे वह सोच दिशा में उसकी भयानक भगवती को देखते थे और फिर भाई से व्याकुल होकर अन्य दिशा में भागने लगते थे थपकी सी भी दिशा को भाई मुक्त न पाकर हुए भगवान शिव अपने आंखें बंद करके वहीं ठहर गए और उसके बाद साबुन होने अपने आंखें खोलकर तब कमल के समान सुंदर मुख वाली हाथ युक्त मंडल वाली दो उन्नत राजू वाली दिगंबर भयानक तथा विशाल नेत्रों वाली खुले हुए के सवाल वाली करोड़ सूर्य के समान तेज धारण करने वाली चार भुजाओं से युक्त तथा दक्षिण दिशाओं की ओर मुख करके स्थित सम भगवती काली को अपने सामने स्थित देखा इस प्रकार उन भगवती को देखकर अत्यंत डरे डरे से भगवान शिव भोले श्याम भगवान वाली आप कौन हैं और मेरी प्राणा प्रिय सती कहां चली गई
